I gave them a chance and I'm so glad I did. I called around 10:45 on a Sunday morning (July 5th, 2026) and spoke directly with a person (no machines) and I provided the tech with basic information. Within 40 mins he arrived at my house with the right parts in hand. He confirmed the issue, then walked me through his recommendations as well as costs for parts and labor specific to my garage door type (heavy aluminum, insulated door requiring heavy duty springs). The cost was extremely reasonable and came in right around what a quick Google search suggested. The work took about another 45 mins - and once he was completed, he did an inspection of the work and other parts of the garage door and opener.
