Let me start by saying that if I reviewed this when I first had the door installed, I would have given Ose and the company 4 or 5 stars. Please see review below. More than happy to answer any direct questions Interaction: Ose is unreliable. He installed my garage in 2015. I had multiple issues where the garage wouldn't work or fall off the track and it took him 3-days+ to come out and fix it. He then flat out refused to come to my house to fix the broken garage door which he installed and does not pick up Mechanical: Ose installed an INDOOR Janus mini pantheon device and an INDOOR aluminum door for an OUTDOOR roll-up garage with wooden posts (more on this later). He did not run electricity to the garage so we had to run an extension cord from my house to the device.... yes, I spent $12k on a garage with an extension cord from my house powering the mechanics of the garage. And Ose didn't tell me this until after everything was installed and asked me how I wanted to power the garage. So, given that the indoor panel/device was installed (mind you I did not know this at the time of installation), I asked Ose what he was going to do to protect the device. So instead of having an answer, the team went to Home Depot and bought a plastic storage bin to fit around the panel... Pictures attached. Additionally, the door does NOT have motion sensors in the event something is in the way of the door, it stops or reverses back to the top. THe door will continue to drop either injuring a person, or getting stuck on a device (a garbage bin) and continue to roll down, folding the door on top of itself. Lastly - I had 4 other garage companies come to the house to look at the problem and all 4 asked "why are you using wooden posts to support the tracks and motor?" All 4 recommended that the garage be installed on metal posts for longevity and to support the weight of the garage door parts. Also, as I mentioned that the door came off the track... well, wood warps in the weather elements of the area... so that answered that question. More on the story: I've had the garage for 5+ years and 4 months ago, the garage completely stopped working. I called Ose and he said he would come to my house to fix it, he never came. I called again on the main line and scheduled an appointment with the receptionist, I then received a call the day of the appointment from the Receptionist that Ose had already come to my house and the garage "cannot be fixed." Can we just take a moment and reflect on that, #1 he never came to my house and #2 the garage "cannot be fixed"? After interviewing 4 more companies on the issues with my garage, I have had to find another company BBB Garage to actually install a completely new garage with metal posts, a steel door, and an OUTDOOR device and motor which can withstand the elements. Moral of the story: DON'T under any circumstances work with Legman garage. Their work is shoddy, their customer service is non-existent, the materials they use are incorrect for the installation, and when things break, they don't fix their own work. Don't be lured by their less expensive prices, it will cost you more than double in the long run. read more

I live in the southern part of Stafford County. I called this company on a holiday weekend (Sunday) to have a broken spring replaced and was told the repair guy would be at my home between 7-9 a.m. the following morning. I received a call at 7 a.m. the next day (a holiday Monday) and the gentleman showed up 25 minutes later. Replaced both springs in about 30 minutes - gave the whole system a thorough check and lubed all moving parts and tightened bolts on the door as required. The young man was very courteous, polite and efficient. These guys installed my opener 5 years ago and I have never had an issue. I must say, most garage door companies either never return calls or are in business for a short while - then mysteriously go away. I was glad these guys were still around five years later. read more

Fabulous! Best price and response time on emergency door repair. Only charged to install the door we selected. Was clear and no surprises. No hourly fees. Charged nothing for estimate. Charged nothing to close broken door. Was told estimator would arrive same day around 11 am. Was on time. Was told tech who'd close door hanging by a thread would arrive 5-7 pm. Arrived 4:45 that afternoon. Closed door quickly with no damage (even though the tracks were bent out of shape--reason it broke). Installer said it'd take 2 hours. Set timer to check status at 2 hours. He finished about 5 minutes before timer went off. Door had to match HOA requirements. It's non-standard sized door and needed a specific color. Had it in stock ready to install. Everyone was a consummate professional and extremely pleasant to deal with. read more

I can't speak for other people's experiences but we had a great experience with Osi and his team. Simo came out to fix our door and he was wonderful. He was super knowledgeable and took care of the door right away. If you are even thinking of trying to fix your door on your own... don't! Call Legman and they will take care of it in no time. The worst company ever. Osi - the owner - is the worst business owner ever with no focus on customer service. They came to fix our garage door and indicated that they have to order the panel and would take 3-4 weeks. I assumed that these guys know what they are talking about so I gave an advance check (half the amount) to order it. The weeks went by and no update from them. I called Osi multiple times to get an update and every time the update was it is delayed and is coming soon. He promised every time I called that he will get an update from the company and call me back - that never happened. I waited for more than 6 weeks, lost my patience and indicated to him that he return the money. To my surprise he indicated that I have two options - one is to continue waiting or lose my money. And indicated that he doesn't care if I complain or write a bad review about his customer service. In fact he said he will help me write a bad review and also give me content for it. This just shows how focused he is on his business and how much do the customers matter to him. I advise you not to do business with him. I have not met anyone so rude and not focused on customers. I hope he learns his lesson soon. read more

This company doesn't honor warranties. The manager over the phone told me by face time to pull the chord back then told me his Tech needed to come for service call. He then began telling me I need a new motor gear over the phone. When the Tech arrived the issue was the chord that the manager told me to pull the Tech pulled it in the opposite direction and saidx ok it's fixed pay the service fee. I explained your manager told me to pull it we called he confirmed he told me that then said you pulled it too soft so you need to pay the fee. I said no because you told me to pull it in the first place. The Tech Osi (a short Israeli Descent man yanked one sensor and pulled it out ran and jumped in his truck pulled off. I called the company to report it he said well too bad you should paid service call $79. I said are you serious I'm calling the police he said call Donald Trump I don't care who you call. Needless to add he's on surveillance and called the police to file charges for theft and destruction of property. Stay away! read more

Horrible. I have had my commericial garage door for 1 year and a half.- Ose (the owner) will short you on your materials (he owns the supply company), pretend something is not broken when it is, and then will disappear on you when the garage door breaks. My garage door malfunction after 6months of installation and then stopped the next year when it rains and now we can't get him on the phone, text, nothing. His wife (secretary) answered the phone and told us he was out of town he's out of town- my husband ran into him in Northeast that afternoon. It was a 10K+ door, now I have spent $500 and counting without resolving the issue. read more

Paid $58.00 for $129.00 service through Groupon. Technician came said service fee is $129.00. I ask what does the $58.00 cover, didn't give clear answer.He reset the switch garage door was fixed. Called the company ask why I had to pay $129.00 along with the $58.00 Groupon.They said I will get refund for the $129.00. It's been three weeks no refund not answering the phone. These guys are AWESOME!!! We run a busy furniture store on 14th and R and one of the cables snapped on our 12 ft commercial garage door. The door was hanging off the track with a 2 ft gap, that anyone could have crawled right under. It was the end of the business day and we were very concerned about securing the premises. Within an hour and a half, David and his helper showed up and quickly assessed the situation. They dropped the door securing our shop for the night, and told us they'd be back in the morning to replace the needed hardware. The next day David returned with his helper in a timely fashion, replaced both cables, and identified the cause of the problem. He explained that the door was slamming into the ground with the motor still running and feeding excess cable out. In turn, the cable was tangling on the spool when it would go back up, fraying the line. They made a slight modification, and now the door comes down with ease, and a few inches before it hits the ground, the wheel house stops operating and the door comes down for a soft landing. These guys were prompt, professional, polite, and knew exactly what they were doing. We will definitely be using Legman's USA Garage Door for our future business, and appreciate their level of professionalism in resolving our issues. read more

Had new spring installed on Aug 29th. Not a bad experience although the tech had a little attitude. 3 weeks later I'm getting a grinding noise so I call to ask them to come check it out. Said they would be there on Thursday (this was Tuesday) 4PM on Thursday I called to ask when the tech was showing up. Whoops we forgot because we're moving offices. He'll be there Friday between 1 and 3. The tech shows up just after 1. He walks in garage and says show me what the problem is. I close the door and then hit button to open. The grinding happens during first 5 seconds of opening. Door is fully opened and he looks at me and says "I wasn't paying attention. Do it again!" I do and he walks out gets WD40 and a ladder. Proceeds to reprimand me for not doing proper maintenance. Excuse me ? you just installed this 3 weeks ago. Why would I think I need to do simple maintenance after 3 weeks? He then starts arguing with me that it wasn't 3 weeks ago. Get the hell out of my garage. I will NEVER use this fly by night company again. read more

And finding a company that will come back and fix something you screwed up without charging you anything is just about impossible.
