This company is fatastic! After sending out several Yelp requests to local garage organizer vendors, Alison was one of the first to respond. We were able to set an appointment within a few days, and I received a quote on garage organizers a day or so later. I decided to go with Alison because she was able to get my new garage cabinets built and installed within a week. She does her own manufacturing right here in San Diego, and none of the other vendors who responded were able to come close to her delivery time. Fantastic work. Great communication, superb attention to detail, and very reasonable pricing. They installed both epoxy flooring and cabinets for our garage. The day we started, Dave had already mentioned to my wife that because our water softener did not have a bypass he would either need to epoxy around the softener or shut off the whole house water for 3 days (not an option). When he came, I disconnected the salt unit from the main softener so that at least they could do the area under the salt unit. I also unplugged the softener. Anyway, they did the whole first day job and the thing leaked all over it overnight (my fault). Basically they had to wait a day for it to dry and then spend a whole extra day re-doing the first part. I talked with him about it, and took blame for it and said I would pay for the extra labor etc. They finished the fantastic cabinets yesterday, and he gave me my invoice - exactly the original amount. I mentioned the mess-up with the flooring and he said not to worry about it and that he should have realized it would leak so he was just going to eat it. That is the sign of a superior company - this was obviously my fault but they ate the cost since they took some of the blame that I was not assigning.
