Jennifer and Paul were an incredible team to work with. From the initial call, they made me feel important as a potential client. I had no knowledge of the process of epoxy coating the floor. All I knew was that in functioned well and looked great. Jennifer was not at all bothered about my ignorance. She proceeded to sweetly educate me in their history, their process, their staff , and their philosophy. She was so patient. After a couple delays on my side, of which they flexed with my schedule, the work began. The crew was punctual, friendly, and quick. The process took only two days. 10/30/2024 You were doing okay until you insinuated that I would unreasonably think that all wear should be covered for the life of the floor. You are either over-estimating your business acumen or under-estimating my IQ and background, or both. If these 90-degree lips have been causing such known problems for the longest time, you as a professional should have invested effort to find solutions instead of defending status quo after-the-fact. Technically these lips can crack upon the very first usage when a tire passes over after the poly has cured in say a week or two. And when that happens how are you going to respond to your customers' complaints? A few of your competitions in DFW have long recognized this problem, and have invested in additional man-hours and equipment to grind the lips to reveal a radius to make the cracking a LOT less likely to occur. I hope you'd at least appreciate that I actually paid real money for your service, and have been graceful enough not to pester you with requests to fix the crack as soon as Jennifer turned down the one request over text. Original review: Had them do a poly coat on a new build 2 years ago. Price was high, but was in a hurry and what did I know reading reviews online written by folks with wide spectrum of expectations. Few months later started noticing the coating cracked and flaked at the lip of the entrance. Few months ago finally tried to get in touch with them for warranty work, since if I was not mistaken there should have been some sort of lifetime warranty. Texted the number and it turned out to be the personal number of the lady. She was on a personal trip and the response time was unprofessionally slow. Described the situation over text, and the response was no warranty due to normal wear and tear. Guess what, a normal residential garage typically has cars going in and out multiple times a day, so according to their definition, there is essentially no warranty whatsoever since the entire garage would have some level of foot and car traffic daily. Very disappointed. Take your time and shop around. read more

Wonderful from the beginning to the end. Jennifer did such a thorough job with our consultation and explaining every piece of the process and materials used. I had reached out to other companies that took 1/10th of the time to teach my how/why. She was the only person to explain the moisture piece to me, and when I went back to quotes from other vendors I noticed they didn't cover this piece. But this company teaches you in advance, includes the extras to manage the moisture and guarantees it. I appreciate this so much! Thanks! Install team was on time, professional and friendly. They paid attention to detail and did a great job cleaning up after the work. I asked for an initial quote to have multiple garage flooring done and some storage options added to that. It started off great, as they sent the most detailed quote I had seen, and even though the price was slightly higher than others, I was fully prepared to go with them. Then things went south, as my emails were not responded to, scheduled phone calls didn't happen on time, and finally, when I still tried to schedule an in-person meeting so they can come onsite to evaluate the project, I didn't get a response for 5 days. It felt like they didn't want my business, and certainly wouldn't want to deal with the lack of communications as the project kicks off, so I decided to go elsewhere. read more

We had our garage floor coated by this company. It has never looked as good as it should because it shows tire marks that can't be removed. A better coating would have prevented this problem. We used this company to stain our driveway and patio. The product they used made the surfaces so slippery that we have had 2 people fall recently on the driveway. We have been sprucing up our garage Our concrete slab has been an eyesore for quite awhile, but we haven't been quite sure of exactly what we were wanting. We knew we wanted it to be a dark grey, but weren't quite sure of the treatment. Paul came over and spent quite a bit of time going through samples and options. UNPROFESSIONAL and UNRELIABLE I began the search to get the garage floor in our recently purchased house epoxy finished and storage racks installed with the necessary date (allowing for the floor to fully dry prior to our belongings arriving) as the first priority and Jennifer said she would reserve it weeks ago. After flying out from California to meet her at the house to get the price estimate, deciding on colors and storage rack locations and accepting the bid, I got no response from phone, text and email requests for next step information for a number of days. Jennifer finally emailed back as we got closer to the reserved date to tell me that she had decided to decline the job. After pressing for an explanation as to why she had reserved the date for weeks, previewed the site (requiring I fly from out of state to meet her), extended a bid and received my acceptance only to decline the job, she stated that she felt that it would be difficult to meet the commitment and my expectations to get the work completed in the agreed upon time frame. I suspect she had the opportunity for a larger job for that previously reserved date present itself and decided my time and her commitment were not as important. I wouldn't trust that they would act professionally with you either!
