Amazing craftsmanship and customer service! The final product exceeded my very high expectations for the patio. Every step of the process was enjoyable. I have recommended Patterned Concrete by Rey to all of my friends and coworkers. I came into their office with a rough idea of what I wanted. Brian came out later to estimate the job and give me some recommendations based on his experience. He and his crew made improvements on my plan that were definitely not easy for them. They rerouted my gutter downspout underground and outside of my backyard so it won't dump water on the patio. They also removed the concrete from several leaning metal fence posts and reset them (they were leaning very badly due to previous poor drainage). I could go on and on about everything they were able to do to make this project perfect. I look forward to working with them again on our next project. read more

I heard this was a good company. A friend told me about it. I called last Monday morning and they were very nice and said they would have someone out this week to check out what I needed done. I needed my stamped concrete redone and sealed. Never heard a word from them. Bad business. read more

Reached out for a quote from this company and got quite the rude comment back. "Good luck finding someone to help with this small of a job". Would not recommend this company based on that rude interaction. Will gladly take my business elsewhere. Big or small job. read more

Don't waste your time. End product was pretty good but nothing special. However the customer service is HORRIFIC. I called to ask a follow-up question from a previous call and the office person basically stated I was lying because no one in their office would have told me what I was telling her. Extremely rude and unapologetic. read more

Called this company to rectify a drainage problem on my pool deck. Brian was very knowledgeable and responsive. It was determined and I agreed that the entire concrete deck and drainage had to be completely redone. They did a good job but there was a huge failure to communicate, both verbally an in the written bid, exactly what product was being installed and that to obtain the color that I wanted, it would require a seal, not in the bid, and it would be 30 days, which ended up being 45, before they could seal it during which time none of my outdoor furniture or plants could be placed upon it. At this point, I was passed on to Shanni who was rude and dismissive, and even told me during a second call that she didn't want to discuss it with me because we were beating a dead horse and then on the day of the seal she couldn't talk to me about it because she was tired of hearing about it and had a migraine. Their office person, Darlene, has no concept of customer service, a bad attitude and uses caller ID to screen your call and then when you leave a message, she doesn't return it. It's a shame that the company's follow-up treatment of a customer is so abysmal. These two employees took my rating from probably a 4 star to a No Star!! read more

Wow. Just called to complain about the work Rey's did for me. (We had to rip it out as it was not draining properly and Reys would not repair it.) The girl on the phone refused to transfer me to a manager and hung up on me. When I called back she actually THREATENED me. (Apparently the Plano Police are going to come get me.) read more

Fast forward to now and we're back using their services to build a massive back patio, side walkway, excavate and level for a retaining wall for which they also poured the concrete footer for (we are building the wall ourselves). A pretty big job to say the least. Our experience this time around was just as excellent if not even better than 2 yrs ago. Omar and his dad, James and the rest of the crew made quick work of the entire project. Their skills are remarkable and they all are absolute artisans in their field. We LOVE our new patio! It amazes me their "yes we can" attitude throughout the whole project. Anything we asked - without hesitation, it was "yes we can do that however you want it we'll make it happen." I was reluctant to ask about the grading/excavating as other companies shot me down on that aspect pretty quick. Not Omar and James - it was an immediate "Yes we can do that" and it was added it to the quote in hours. Pricing? Once again they beat out two other companies.... BY A LOT. I gotta say it was also great to see many familiar faces among their large work crew from two years prior - I feel like it's rare to see that these days - a sign of a great company. If you're at all hesitant to sign off on a project with Pro Quality Concrete give them a follow on Facebook - I've followed for two years now and really enjoy seeing all their projects big and small come to completion. YHE actually should stand for Your Home Exploiter…read more I have only one regret in this life, and that is letting this company into my home. From the very beginning they rush you, make you sign something to only work with them (sketchy, red flag) and then they do mediocre work. They're going to take advantage of you and your home when you're in an emergency type situation. As immoral as they come. They messed up my bathroom tile, then made me feel bad when I asked them to do it right. As if I was asking too much when they didn't do it right in the first place? They also installed a random circular silver drain in the shower, when I asked for and ordered a square gold drain. Hello? The owner, Michael, simply chalked it up to "hiring workers that don't speak English." If that doesn't tell you all you need to know... The attention to detail and doing a decent, not even good, job is just not there. They didn't finish caulking behind the toilet or on top of the counter. They scratched the paint off of 3 doors, and refused to compensate or correct. They got dirt all over the walls and even got paint on my front door and hallway tile. They littered cigarette butts and a giant sponge (???) in my front yard. They left an entire garbage can of trash in my front yard. They even messed up my garage door, when that is an area of the house they were NOT authorized to do ANY work in. Who knows where else they were messing around while I wasn't home? When I asked them to remove the master toilet, I specifically and repeatedly asked them to cover the hole in the ground. When I arrived home two days later, I walked in to find the sewage hole completely gaping open, releasing toxic sewage fumes into my home and bedroom. Unbelievably thoughtless, careless, and downright hazardous/dangerous. They started trying to charge us hundreds of dollars at the end for things we already discussed, and then when we tried to talk to the owner, he basically said he'd just hand us over to his lawyer. He knows he is taking advantage of us, so he didn't want to discuss the money details with us. You can see in the attached videos/photos that they also threaten to take legal action against us, should we post an honest review. They don't have any basis to do so, but just want to scare customers into silence. That's why they don't have any other bad reviews on here. It's too late for me, but please, save yourself. Find another company.
