That first contact in their facility was not very professional, the office was disorganized and it felt like a reunion of good old boys, whose humor doesn't really resonate with everyone, rather than a professional place for business. But all of that was erased and the some, by the flexibility, professional follow-through, attention to details, timely drop off and pick up of materials, respect for my property from the delivery guys, and perks that they threw in the deal along the way. We consulted with the owner, Colleen, about color choices for a number of rooms including my young son's room. She was very knowledgeable about paint color and made great suggestions. When we went to pick up the paint for my son's room, some of the employees even showed him how they mixed the colors to reach the right shade for his room. Colleen took the time to learn about our project and understood our budget needs too. The staff were friendly and helpful.
