I am leaving this very mixed review because I received very mixed care at this dental facility. My first couple of visits to this dental facility I received excellent, compassionate care. However, when I went back before Christmas of 2023, the man that I saw dropped his hands threw his head back and loudly announced my diagnosis to the entire room while stomping away. I was shocked at the diagnosis and was left with a receptionist who was filling in, beside the dental chair that day who tried to tell me I needed teeth worked on that I had already had worked on the previous week! Garbiso was great back in the day, like in the 90's when I was a kid. But I returned to him as an adult & it was one disaster after another. They billed my insurance for a $1,000 procedure that never happened, he almost put fillings on the wrong side, & the fillings he did put in left my face crooked. I thought something happened with the nerves in my face because it was crooked but I just had the fillings redone by Ragulsky yesterday & my face is back to normal. I accepted that my face changed, I was scared, & it made me sad to not recognize myself but it turns out I just had horrible dental work. I can't even describe how I feel right now. I'm so thankful I found another dentist cause Garbiso went to crap. Business owners get Medicaid acceptance and lose their focus, it becomes about quantity & not quality. I think he needs to be drug tested too, there are a lot of things that are "off" about him & the way his office is run. read more

Yesterday my wife had an appointment with the dentist. His name is Dr. Garbiso. This man was so unprofessional. She asked him a question about her tooth and he told her that she can leave if she is going to ask questions. Moments later she stuck out her tongue and he asked her how many kids she got with that tongue. Horrible and unprofessional! read more

This dentist office is staffed by fabulous people and Dr.Garbiso is a wonderful human. Both dental assistants I had worked with me, made me laugh and feel comfortable with the procedure. This dentist office really is as good as it gets! Dr.Garbiso was friendly and funny. I never thought I would laugh so much in a dental chair. He was always concerned with pain level, delineated pressure and pain, and made sure I was most comfortable. This was by far the best experience in a dentist's office I've ever had. The fastest I could get an appointment was about 3 weeks. They canceled and told me the next time available was about 3 weeks. They canceled that one also. So, I never got into the place. It was a waste of my time. read more

I have been a patient for many years and continued to be a patient even when i moved away for college. It is hard to get an appointment, you have to schedule months in advance. My appointments have been lost in the system and I have shown up twice for nothing. This latest time they changed my appointment time on me, they sent a card with the changed time to my mom and they called and gave a reminder to my moms phone (I have given them mine) so when I showed up 15 min before my appointment only 15 min after the newly scheduled one, they wouldn't take me in. Garbiso is a good dentist and can take care of urgent problems, but when it comes to basic check ups and cleanings its just not worth dealing with his office. Considering I go out of my way to make/ get to these appointments that keep get lost or canceled has lead me to no longer seek his services. read more
