Brian was extremely easy to work with, he was flexible with my schedule, very attentive, punctual, and helpful. I had no problems with his machine, unlike the other company, and it was consistent and reliable. The mixing jug even has a "cheat-sheet" instructions written on it, so it's a no fail process. Needless to say, the 'ritas were a popular treat at our event. Several visitors asked for the vendor's information, which I gladly provided.
