This Kroger location isn't the best or worst one out there…read more It's in Hamilton, so..there seems to be a lot more security measures in place that you don't see at some other locations. Such as..one that I've never seen before but I guess makes sense..the deodorant bottles are locked up in these plastic boxes that you have to get unlocked when you purchase one. Seems like an extreme measure for a product under $10 but who knows..maybe they had a real issue with them being stolen. Other than that..it's an average sized store. They always seem to have at least the basics of what most Kroger's have. The staff I've encountered have been a little..off. Don't quite know how to explain that further. I guess you'll have to go in and see for yourself..but I think you'll understand. No reason not to swing by this location for groceries. Never been in there after dark, but during the day it doesn't seem to feel that unsafe.

ordered nearly 500 in pick up…read more got home, many items missing. the app will not allow you to request a refund when someone seems to have stolen half of your items. you'll be put the hell trying to get a refund. i have still not been refunded. do not shop pick up or delivery from this store. its a clear common sense assumption that an employee myst have taken off with several bags of my order. all of my school supplies, and you will be charged for it and treated like doo doo for requesting your money or items, that you have been charged for. i have contact corporate krogers and still have not received my items or $$.

I've had worse experiences at certain locations, I've had better, but overall, Walmart is Walmart. My wife has "total anxiety," meaning she hates hearing how much she's spent, and she always tells the cashiers to not say the total, and then I'll pay it. We've never had an issue with that anywhere except for one time at some other store the girl said the total out of habit and quickly apologized. But the cashier we had at this Walmart the last time we went had a look on her face like she just couldn't wait to do the complete opposite. When she was done ringing up our stuff she looked at me with gleaming eyes and a huge smile on her face and she announced the total loudly, then laughed, like a big "F YOU." We both just looked at her, in awe of the audacity. There's another Walmart on our way home. It isn't much better, but we go there now instead.
