The back of the store has a set up for featured musical acts (I think on weekends but maybe Thursdays too... not sure exactly). Lots of comfortable seats back there too. Wine was good, but the friendliness of the bartender is what made it fun. Would like to come back and have a few glasses of "Old Escanaba" (my favorite) and listen to some music.

He took the time to teach us about wine in a way that was engaging, approachable, and incredibly informative. I even found myself fact-checking a few of the things he shared afterward--and he was absolutely right! I left with a much better understanding of wine and a completely different appreciation for it. The wines themselves were outstanding. Every sample was thoughtfully selected, and we loved them so much that we ended up taking home three bottles. It's rare to find a winery where every recommendation feels like a winner, but Lake Fire nailed it. The winery itself is just as memorable as the wine.
