While everything looks perfect when parents are around, once you leave, the atmosphere completely changes. Teachers frequently raise their voices at the children, even waking toddlers up from naps by yelling, instead of using care or patience. The environment feels tense and fearful rather than loving and supportive, which is the opposite of what any child should experience in daycare. They also claim the cameras are "live view only" and do not record, which leaves parents without any accountability or evidence if something goes wrong. Diapers are often changed only twice a day, and food or bottles are not always properly labeled -- small things that add up to big concerns for hygiene and care. This review isn't out of anger -- it's out of disappointment. Our children deserve gentle voices, patience, and genuine care. I hope this center takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes to protect the wellbeing of every child.

There are many pros and cons about this institution. The Director Megan Bowden is exceptional, she ensures that children at her institution is well taken care of even though she has some staffs that careless about the children; (that she's not aware of) she's definitely going to provide support for every child and parent in her care as well as her staff. Kathy another Director is pretty much of an authoritarian, she loves to dictate and in my opinion based on my experiences, have little to no respect for employees. Some of the employees at this institution treats children like just a paycheck, they lack patience, tolerance, love and effective communication, also they'll snitch and lie in the blink of an eye. I was a former Teacher Assistant and I was fired for no reason, maybe because I stood up for myself and demanded respect as an employee or maybe because I have a journal of documented observations. Well I'm not sure, as I was being disrespected by the Assistant Director Abigail and the Directors sided with her. Overall I loved the environment of being able to take care of the children which I'm passionate about especially the infants. They're always hiring and Ms. Megan should take into consideration hiring staffs members that are for the love of children and the love of their job, do not allow desperation to force you into hiring people that are just looking for a paycheck because parents are gullibly thinking that the smiles and pretty faces they see at the start and end of a shift is what they're basically getting. Pretty much disappointed how they deprived me of a job furthermore they'll go as far as blacklisting you if you try to apply to other franchises because they've done that to me and I thought that's rather unfair. NeverthelessI do hope they'll find suitable staffs to fulfill their requirements. It was indeed a learning experience.

When a white woman came back to complain he gave them the passes but said he didn't know about the 20 but it was clearly sitting on the counter. As a teacher myself, I'm quite particular when it comes to my daughter's education and TLE offers a great curricula that is taught in a fun, caring way that encourages students to grow. It was also refreshing that the curricula covered more than the basics...my daughter is an expert on charitable work as well, since each month a new charity is brought to life! Beyond the curricula, I must also emphasize that all the staff, especially the managers & teachers make sure that every child's needs are met. They were great with giving my daughter her inhaler and if I ever had any type of concern, they were responsive and proactive. I should also mention that my daughter loved visiting the playground or "Make Believe" each day. In the summer, waterplay was a lot of fun as well! My daughter is overly prepared for kindergarten and I will miss her TLE Family incredibly! I recommend them without reservation! Ps-they offer a great "working families" discount too!

Ok 2 full months at this school and I still love it just as much as I did on day 1! It is amazing…read morewhen your 2.5 yr old doesn't cry when you drop him off. In these 2 months he's never cried. More importantly he is recognizing numbers and all the colors. He's speaking in sentences. He's grown in leaps and bounds over these two months and I am sooo happy I placed him in this school. I visited a few learning experiences in the area and this even though is a little bit of a drive for me is really a great school. Thank you Mr. sunny, Mr. Nico and Ms. Amanda :)
