Total incompetence and rip-off artists! They failed to water my property for two weeks two years in a row. Then they failed to repair broken heads which flooded my property. They never repaired broken lights they installed. Despite calling weekly for one month they failed to show up to repair a leaking line drenching a flower bed. My landscaper finally repaired it. All they want is money. Their incompetence cost me over $10,000 to replace and repair trees and bushes. CROOKS! read more

I had my sprinklers turned on in May. There are sprinkler heads that are not working and areas of my lawn that are dying because the sprinklers were not properly aligned to cover all areas of my property. I noticed the issue recently and asked for a person to come out and review. In order to book the appointment I would have to pay a $150 service charge. I found this to be a bit unreasonable since I've been a customer for a few years and I feel the sprinklers were not properly tested when I got them turned on in May. read more

They listen, offer guidance and very knowledgable about the service they provide. I received email confirmations when I made the appointment, the day before as well as the day of service. Over charged and threatened to send me to a collection agency. I never said I wasn't paying. The winteration service was done on Friday morning November 17th and I received a threatening text on November 22nd at 730 pm that I was going to a collection company. Happy Thanksgiving. Several years ago Garden State Irrigation installed an irrigation line for my adjacent neighbor. We purchased our home 6 months ago (which was previously a vacant lot) and approximately 2 weeks ago when we did a large landscaping project for our property we discovered the irrigation line that was installed by Garden State Irrigation was over 2 feet into our property. We dug up the irrigation line and moved it along the fence line (the fence was installed after the irrigation line) so that we could continue with our landscaping work. We believe that they did this because there were river rocks along the side of our neighbors property an Garden State Irrigation was lazy and did not want to move them to install the irrigation line so they just went around them. Garden State Irrigation now refuses to move the irrigation line and reinstall it correctly. They already charged our neighbors $150 for temporarily moving the irrigation line so that we could complete our landscaping work and now want an additional $500 to bury it correctly. It is the most unprofessional behavior to bury irrigation lines on someone else's property. They should take responsibility for their actions. read more

He explained everything (how systems work and where he would install) in great detail. Spent time discussing materials and products to be used on the job. Sent a quote the next day. This company is very disappointing to deal with. Either they don't have the technical expertise, or they simply don't care. I spent thousands of dollars with them and had to redo the entire sprinkler system that they worked on. Further, I found them highly unethical to deal with as it related to billing as they refused to provide any credit for the services they charged me for. I ended up spending twice as much money as I initially spent with them to redo their mistakes. My advice would be to stay far away. There are many ethical companies in the business and far better alternatives for irrigation services. read more

I have dealt with the owner of this company. From what I can tell he is a reasonable and honest person. They are good for their word.

The owner is an arrogant guy who showed up to my house and told me that he was sorry me and my family were soooo much less fortunate than his other customers because our yard was "not as large as properties he has worked on because he only does work in more affluent areas than we can afford"... On top of that he noticed that someone made a wide turn into our driveway and ran over a corner of the lawn and his suggestion to fix that was to put a spike in the grass to slice peoples tires and teach them to drive better. I thought that was a joke at first however he expressed just how serious he was about that. On top of all of this he still measured the yard and never got back to us with a price (eventhough after the estimate experience we NEVER would use him). read more
