Joe recommended a specific turf product that he felt would work best for our situation and assured us we wouldn't have issues. He was absolutely right. The turf was installed last August, and now that we're into May, it still looks fantastic and has been extremely easy to maintain. No odors, no mess, and no issues at all. Tried calling, receptionist states that they'll tell the next available person to give me a call. They never do. I emailed them, they respond with statements that do not lead to any type of resolution to this situation, such as "Just wanted to reach out, because we are unsure how the roots are growing under the turf. We did install a weed-blocker on top of the dirt." I finally managed to get someone on the line, they say they'll charge a $2800 fee to investigate the matter and fix it IF it's possible (I didn't see this anywhere in the warranty paperwork by the way). If it's a root issue, they can't remove it and leave you SOL. As professional as this company may seem, they don't want to help you without extra charge afterwards. Go with someone else that would.

I hired this company last September to close my pool and chose them again this year because they…read morewere already familiar with it. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 a.m., and I requested it be moved to 11:00 a.m. However, the technician did not arrive until 2:30 p.m. Only one person showed up, despite the heavy rain that day. When I asked if the pool could still be opened, I was told it could. During the visit, the technician added chemicals, poured water into the pump, and informed me that two PVC pipes needed repair. At the end of the service, he told me I had a leak or crack in my skimmer and estimated repairs could cost $3,700. He recommended getting a second opinion. I did, and the second company quickly determined that the skimmer was not the issue. The actual problem was a cracked valve, which they repaired. They also discovered that the pump gasket was missing, preventing the pump from operating properly. When I informed the original technician, he told me to purchase the part and said he would stop by with the correct gasket. A week later, that still has not happened. I paid $450 for pool opening and preparation, plus another $200 for pipe repairs. Despite that, my pool remains green with algae, and leaves and debris were left in and around the pool area. The service was delayed, the problem was misdiagnosed, and there has been little follow-through to resolve the issues. Based on my experience, I am disappointed with the quality of service and the value provided for the amount charged.

They never repaired broken lights they installed. Despite calling weekly for one month they failed to show up to repair a leaking line drenching a flower bed. My landscaper finally repaired it. All they want is money. Their incompetence cost me over $10,000 to replace and repair trees and bushes. CROOKS!
