Next A. J. Perri comes out because drain is clogged. That person said probably a bird or animal clogged the vent on the roof. He left - never even tried to clear the drain. He said maybe a new toilet. He left. Called Advanced, John Lyman came out. Looked over the drains (sink and shower) no others were backed up. He cleared the clog and we were good. He told me it is guaranteed for 30 days and don't hesitate to call us if it clogs again. Amen to an honest company. Summary - don't use A. J. Perri - use Advanced - a family-owned business that cares about its reputation and work - It does not try to sell you anything you don't need.

There are 2 trees that have always caused root trouble over the 6 plus decades she has lived in the house. She said..."CALL ADVANCED PLUMBING ...they did an amazing job years ago and cleared the roots blocking the sewage!!" This past Friday...I didn't listen to mom's advice and called a different company that said ...after HOURS of trying....they were unsuccessful in breaking through the blockage. The next step would be a camera so they can determine where to dig!!!$$$$ So...always listen to your mother!! I FINALLY called Advanced Plumbing $ Drain Cleaning. I Never did tell Josh, their Technician, we had just hired another plumbing company 3 days earlier to clean out the line...but to no avail. Today, Monday, Josh assessed both outside and inside sewage clean outs ...and with a determination and professional approach ...with a NEVER GIVE UP attitude...tackled the job after HOURS of determination and HARD WORK!! HE BUSTED A**! I have 37 plus years as an Airline tech myself...and was in Management before retiring. You don't often see the type of worker that Josh of Advanced Plumbing & Drain Cleaning, Inc. is!! I thank God...he worked so hard...and just wouldn't quit!!! I will say, they are a bit on the pricey side compared to other companies in the area. We had gotten an estimate for some powerwashing/roof cleaning and their quote came in the highest so we unfortunately didn't use them for that service. However, they do a fantastic job.
