The Resort like entrance and Lobby were impressive. Upon check in we were offered a glass of Champagne and Concierge was great providing recommendations. Our room was in the main building which was great as it was on the top floor and the balcony faced the pool. Spacious room with a king size bed and the bathroom was roomy with a separate shower and tub sadly one vanity sink and lighting in the bathroom needs help. The king size bed was a bit hard and after one night it was a bit rough, thankfully if you request it the hotel does have mattress topper that makes it so much better. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and courteous. There are 2 ( The London Club & The Claw Bar ) restaurants located in the hotel and I ate in both. Reservations can be made in the hotel and Open Table. The food was good unfortunately both restaurants have the same menu. There is a 3rd ComplimentaryComplimentary(sister) restaurant associated with the hotel - Syrens's which is located a few blocks away and easy to get to with complimentary shuttle service within a 3 mile radius. The hotel also has Complimentary use of the bicycles parked in front of the hotel. Daily continental breakfast - pastries, some fruit and coffee I was advised that if a future stay is in the future to contact the hotel directly for a repeat guest for a discount.

Apartments are well maintained and if you do have an issue arise, the maintenance crew is quick and gets the issue resolved with little fuss. I've never had to wait more than a few hours to get my issues looked at and usually fixed right away. If you visit the office Samantha or Adiene are there to give you a warm smile and assist you with your needs. These ladies are the backbone of this community and we are lucky to have them! The pool area and weight room are kept clean and problem free. The location is fantastic. Located minutes from 1-75 and near Pine Ridge and Airport Pulling, the location puts you near shopping centers and several grocery stores. If you want to hit the beach you are only 10-15 minutes to several beach locations. Downtown 5th Avenue in Naples is only 15-20 minutes away. Miami is about a 2 hr drive down 75. Here's a major point...Since the coast of Florida is susceptible to the occasional major tropical storm or hurricane you want someplace safe. Durning Ian (2022) The Arium sustained little water damage (ponds overflowed a bit) and only lost power for one day. By the following afternoon, it was business as usual, while those closer than us had some severe damage. This area is considered "B" Zone and is about as close as you can get to the coast without the worry of storm damage. Something to think about if you want to be able to enjoy the area amenities and not have too big of a worry about storms. If you are looking for a place to rent at a reasonable rental price, this is it. Close to 'everything', many amenities, and a staff who will assist you when needed...and pet friendly!

Check in was pretty easy as we worked directly with the owner to make sure everything was in place. There is an extra parking fee, but we had an assigned spot in the garage so it keeps the car cool. The condo we rented had a beautiful beachside view with a nice balcony, was pretty quiet and relaxed, and easy in and out when you wanted to leave. I would 100% stay here again.

While the condo is extremely small and the lack of space got on my nerves this time around lol, the view makes up for it. The condo is at the south end of the island as well. The condo establishment has The Sunset Grille, pool with hot tub, fitness center 2 tennis hard courts & a beautiful walkway to the beach. Also, parking is provided ($75 refundable deposit when you return the parking permit & flat $45 parking fee). When we arrived, the person who greeted us was welcoming and eased the check-in process. I had forgotten to pre-register due to things being very busy at home and losing my mother a few weeks prior....She assured me that I could register right then and there which I did. The condo provides luggage carts as well as shopping carts for luggage/grocery transport. The only complaint I have was that my Loveshackfancy Stanley was stolen while at the pool. It is very disappointing to know that people would actually steal someone's cup, especially in this day and age. So, to the person who stole my LSF Stanley, I did purchase a replacement. As a side note, I have been coming to Marco Island since the fifth grade when my grandparents owned a home on the island so I am extremely familiar with Marco. Overall, my husband and I will continue to rent and stay here. The view of the Gulf is unprecedented. We love to watch the famous Marco sunsets - even more amazing from our balcony & from the beach. I read the review about the awful treatment of an employee, Rosie. I wanted to ask that person whether it was an overweight woman with short hair? If so, that person was extremely rude to me also during our stay in 2023. I was on new medication and had to use the restroom... this person followed me into the gym bathrooms and waited until I was done. Cringe. I remember telling her to have a nice day. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
