Although the Bellasera considers itself to be a resort, I would consider it to be a higher end hotel, with rooms that are similar to what you would find at a timeshare. In my opinion, the Bellasera has a bit of a mixed feel to it. Don't misunderstand me, I enjoyed the stay and there are aspects that are outstanding. Also, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The lobby and the Claw Bar and Restaurant is awesome! The pool is nice as is the location of the property. The fact that a hotel van is available to guests for rides within a certain range is also a nice perk. There also is coffee and pastries available in a very small room located near guest registration. The rooms, although comfortable, spacious and clean, are very plain and basic. The patio chairs are in need of a cushion and (other than the coffee station) room amenities are basic. At nearly $500 per night for a weekday night, that is during the latter part of the shoulder season, the value could be enhanced by 1) extending the shuttle range by a couple of miles (to include some of the restaurants and attractions that fall just outside the 3 mile limit); 2) more options related to the morning breakfast and a place to sit enjoy it; and 3) a few more in room enhancements.

This was a surprise trip for me and I was excited driving up as it looked interesting and after walking in, I loved the lobby. My husband had booked a suite, which was a very nice room. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the screened in balcony, although the chairs could use cushions. We didn't plan on cooking, but it had a full kitchen and dining area. Sadly, they placed us in 321 which is next to the elevator. We could hear the motor running and the bells dinging anytime the elevator was being used. There are 2 restaurants, but we didn't eat in either. We did try to use the pool, but both days there were loud kids playing and splashing, which took away the quiet time we were anticipating. The location to the heart of Naples is great and although they do have shuttle service, we were able to walk everywhere. I liked it here, but the peace and quiet I had hoped for were not happening

We came early and we're really impressed that our room was ready. It was so much more than a room, a one bedroom 850 square-foot condo with a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. It's almost as comfortable as home, just lovely! It's a shame I'm not gonna cook because the full kitchen with blender, toaster, colander, pitcher, pots & pans, dishes & utensils were new. Room 110 was quiet, cool, dark at night & we appreciated the ceiling fans. Beth, the concierge was a phenomenal help giving us maps, brochures & booking our sunset cruise over champagne. The hotel is in a fabulous location, right in the heart of downtown. There is a complementary shuttle that would take us around, but it's nice having our car & There is a lot within walking distance. The pool looks lovely, there are towels. It's salt water and 86°; very nice! Lots of bicycles in front that we could use. They were beach towels and chairs to be borrowed as well. We parked right in front of our room, very easy.

A charming boutique hotel in Naples, which doesn't charge you for every little thing. Free parking. Free water. Free coffee. Plus it flanks one of our favorite restaurants, The London Club. The rooms could use a little updating, but that's about it. Staff is very accommodating, They have a free shuttle to take you into the heart of downtown Naples if you want to go shopping or eat at some of the other restaurants in the area.

We struck up a conversation, and she thanked me for my patience while waiting in line. Since I'm a Marriott Bonvoy member, I asked if there happened to be any upgrades available. She smiled and said she had found one for me. I thanked her, headed upstairs, and opened the doors to what I can only describe as the most incredible hotel suite I have ever seen. I knew something was different the moment I saw the double entry doors. Inside was an immaculate, magnificent suite featuring a spacious living room, a luxurious master bedroom, a second bedroom, spacious living room and **three bathrooms**, with breathtaking views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, the beach, and the pool from multiple balconies. The master bathroom alone was larger than many standard hotel rooms and even featured its own Toto toilet. Every detail reflected luxury, from the remote-controlled drapes and sheers to every toiletry imaginable, and even a thoughtfully stocked minibar featuring Macallan 12. I was so stunned that I immediately Face Timed my wife to show her the suite. Her reaction? *"You have to come get me."* I had driven two hours from home to attend a conference and had expected nothing more than a beautiful room with a king-size bed. Instead, I found myself in what felt like a private luxury residence. So, I got back in my car, drove the two hours home, picked up my wife and daughter, and then drove the two hours back to Naples--all so they could experience this extraordinary suite with me. It was absolutely worth every mile. I've been staying in hotels for more than 50 years, and without question, this is the finest hotel room I have ever experienced. What makes the experience even more remarkable is that it all came from a complimentary upgrade as a Marriott Bonvoy member. That one thoughtful gesture transformed a business trip into an unforgettable family memory. The Ritz-Carlton, Naples delivered an experience I'll never forget. Thank you to the wonderful woman at the front desk for her kindness and generosity and thank you to everyone at the Ritz-Carlton for making this one of the most memorable hotel stays of my life.

Our rooms were ready upon checking in and it was an easy process. When first walking in the lobby I loved the chandeliers and luxury feel of the hotel. They have valet service which they're all extremely nice. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite that was equipped with a kitchen/sink/fridge/and dishwasher which was nice on nights we wanted to eat in. The beds were my favorite as the sheets are very comfy. The view is stellar over looking the marina with boats docked. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset. I also think the highlight of this hotel is the service. Our rooms were cleaned every day, even when we were in our rooms late afternoon and needed the room cleaned later on in the day without having to ask to come back later for cleaning. Also, the pools, hot tub, and lazy river are so fun and beautifully kept. There is also an adult only section of the pool with a lap pool , regular pool, and hot tub which was nice. However, the club where the pools are are a little far and the hotel staff transport you to and from the pools back to the hotel. Some times it takes five minutes but when they're busy you might wait 10-20 minutes for a shuttle which can sometimes be hard to wait with small children. Also, if you want a shuttle to the beach it's great because they give you towels, umbrellas, and chairs. The downside is we had to wait almost 30 minutes for the shuttle back to the hotel. The same gentlemen that valet the cars are the ones that shuttle guests around. When they're busy valeting, shuttle services get backed up. I do think they should have more shuttles, but other than that it was a wonderful experience. Lastly, Larry was one of the best shuttle staff. He was personable, helpful, and always had a smile. We were sat on a high top table after we said we had 3 small kids. I asked if the high chair was as high as the table and we were told yes. To my surprise when the high chair came it was the height of a regular chair to which my toddler kept sliding off. We ordered the kids food first so it would come out "quicker". The food took about 45 mins to an hour to come. When I mentioned I had a shellfish allergy I was told I could not eat their French fries, I could not have anything that was fried since it was all with the same oil. I ordered the burger on their menu which after waiting for my food I was told I could also not have that. I ended up eating a regular cheese burger. We said we wouldn't return, but at dinner time there are apparently 5 restaurants at the resort. Some don't allow children, another requires a dress code, so in reality you have 3 restaurants to choose from. We returned to Quinn's for dinner, where we waited an hour for our food after ordering. We were told the kitchen was backed up, but the restaurant was not full and mind you there are 5 other restaurants on property. When our food arrived, the ceviche that was ordered was completely dry. To be honest the food was below average. I'd recommend anyone staying here to eat OUTSIDE the hotel. We also tried the other restaurant the Polynesian one. The food was average, it also took a very long time. On the third evening we dinned outside of the hotel and the service was much better. The services from the waiters was fine however the kitchen needs to improve. The breakfast restaurant with the buffet is designed so you pay the high price of $44 for a buffet. We ordered something from the regular menu because some people weren't going to eat enough to make the $44 worth it. The food took so long, it's almost as if they do it on purpose so you're more likely to choose the buffet, pay extra to get your food immediately. Mind you, some of the things ordered were waffles, which were available on the buffet side immediately made. For the $600-$1000 that this hotel costs a night. I do not find the service and attention worth it. The rooms need upgrades, staff takes a long time to answer the phone, however when you call from and outside line, they answer immediately. You're better off staying at the Hilton, and paying less.

Someone else noted on here that they always open the lobby doors for you, which is a nice touch. I also had a partial view of the pool. I ended up going to a lot of the rooms this trip because that's where my meetings were, and one of them had a really nice pool view and sitting area so that must've been a suite. -Pretty nice pool area. I walked around it my first night here and I finally got to use it on my third night. Do note that the lazy river area and waterslides all close at 6 PM, which made it difficult as my meetings usually went until five or 6 PM. There are maybe 5 pools including an adults pool (ages 17+). -Meeting spaces were all very nice but kinda spread apart ... a bit of a walk sometimes. CONS: -The shower in my room had very weak water pressure, I think because the knob that you turned to get it from bath to shower was not functioning correctly. (however: the bath tub was very nice ... one picky thing, though, the shampoo and conditioner and body wash are mounted on the wall so that's really difficult to use if you're taking a bath...) -You definitely need a car to get around (or Uber). I did DoorDash 2 of the 3 nights because of this. -On my last night doing DoorDash, the restaurant I ordered from didn't give me any utensils. I called the hotel restaurant to see if they could bring me some, and they said yes, but never did ... rather disappointing. I was also surprised the concierge could not provide a running map. Even with the local construction, the path right out the front door is nice and separated from traffic. Having the front doors opened every time anyone approached the front of the hotel was a nice touch.
