His manager came over and asked us if we wanted a bag since it was raining, and we said yes, and he proceeded to scan it again and act as if we were stealing it! We had to tell him he scanned it twice and eventually he fixed it but he also knocked off an item i was purchasing off the counter and broke it, and it was the last one. overall, the store has great product and you get a lot for what you pay, but my experience today was so unpleasant i will not be returning. update: just got home and the cashier forgot to take the alarm tag off multiple items, so i have to go back yet again. i am very disappointed with the service i received today.

The difference is noticeable. In early January, I stopped in and was genuinely struck by how beautiful the store looked -- clean, organized, and completely reset after the holidays. Having seen the intensity of the December rush, I was impressed by how quickly and seamlessly the team transformed the space. What really sets this store apart, though, is the staff. The associates are consistently helpful, professional, and welcoming. The newer checkout process is handled efficiently, and the line moves quickly. One associate in particular, Lisa, stands out -- she is friendly, efficient, and makes every visit better. This Kohl's clearly benefits from strong leadership and a team that takes pride in their work. It's the kind of store that keeps customers coming back, and I'm happy to count myself among them.

I wore one the other day and the lady loved it so much she asked me where I bought it. I know sometimes there is a back order. This happens in many stores and you just wait. There is nothing the store can do about it. The quality selection and price is the key here. And this seems to be great. The pants are so comfortable and the t shirts too. I think it's best to wash in lukewarm water. I hang my clothes up to dry so no shrinking. They last a long time this way. Bought 2 beautiful red coats made of wool. This was awhile back. Long coats for winter. Very nice. Happy to shop here.
