They blamed it on a known system glitch that they apparently haven't fixed yet and the next available appointment wasn't for another month. The entire point of online booking is convenience for patients. If the office is aware of an ongoing issue but hasn't resolved it, the inconvenience falls entirely on the patient, turning what should be a simple process into a hassle. This completely defeats the purpose of online booking and made for a very poor first impression. If you need a reliable, dependable scheduling system because your time matters, you should avoid this office.
