Every staff member was kind, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can really feel how much they care about their patients. I especially appreciated how informative the visit was--Dr. Truong took the time to explain everything along the way, which you don't often get at dental appointments. His expertise and holistic approach to care really stood out. I was initially worried my insurance wouldn't be accepted, but thankfully Brighton Dental works with many providers. I only had to cover my standard copay, which was a relief. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'm actually looking forward to my next visit!

I've had trouble recently finding a dentist within my insurance (BCBS AZ), which seems to have fallen out of everybody's network ...so, I was happy to find somebody in network who was also referred by a friend. Consultation went well so I scheduled my next bi-annual cleaning with them. They did refer me out to an Endo who was unfortunately out of network, but hoping we can continue to figure out ways to assist me in the future. She was in so much pain, we didn't know how best to help her. Being almost 80, she was stubborn and just wanted to sit in her pain. She didn't think that anyone could offer her help. I decided to call Seville Family Dentistry for an emergency booking. We live in the Seville community and I have driven past this clinic before. I called and a lovely receptionist picked up. She said there was no available appointments but would see what she could do. She was empathetic to our situation and offered a lending ear. She managed to get us in with Dr Howie. My parents set off for their appointment. When they got home, they said couldn't fault Dr Howie and highly recommended him. Though there was no immediate solution for my mother, Dr Howie was thorough and gave her some meds to mask the pain until she's back home to possibly see a doctor for nerve pain rather than teeth related. She felt looked after, cared for and respected. I will be going to see Dr Howie for my future dental needs.

(And you can too, trust me. Go see him.) And no, this is not a sponsored review. This is a review from a self-proclaimed massive dental weenie. He took his time, took X-rays, did pulp testing, carefully examined everything, and answered every question without rushing me. He found no evidence of a cracked crown and, because the need for a root canal was unclear, recommended the conservative approach: evaluation by an endodontist before doing anything irreversible. Imagine thoroughly investigating a problem before attacking a tooth. Revolutionary! He was incredibly kind, patient, reassuring, and everything a nervous dental weenie needs. His tech was equally phenomenal. They even referred me to two endodontists because he wasn't sure which accepted my insurance. The practice is owned by Dr. Nelson and his wife, the entire team is wonderful, and there are TWO office dogs. Honestly, they had me at dogs, but the exceptional care sealed it. I walked in anxious and left informed, reassured, and completely confident I had found my new dentist. Ten stars!

This location offers same-day crowns, super convenient...and the two I have had done were great fits and are still performing well. I was in for routine cleaning and X-rays on 8/13/26. I tried to get an estimate for an implant crown, where the implant was done by the Periodontist who…read morereferred me to this office among 3 others, because East Valley Periodontist does not do the crowns, only the implants. When I first called this office, they refused to give me a quote or estimate for the specific billing codes because they said that I had to make an appoint with the dentist to see my situation. They would not even tell me if the cost would be above $1500 which was the price for crown and abutment that I was trying to match, by an oral surgeon who refuses to do the crown because I got the implant done by someone other than himself. So when I arrived for the appointment, it turns out that the Endodontist office did not send the X-rays because it was not time yet for my followup appointment, but Every Smile dental office gave me print out of the "treatment plan" and cost anyhow, when before they said they couldn't. And this is without their dentist examining my mouth. Why could they do this, when before they told me they would not give me an estimate unless I came into the office to see the dentist. Now I told them I wasted my time going there, when they gave me their answer anyhow when I didn't have to SHOW UP IN THEIR OFFICE. Cost is 2 x the oral surgeon's price of $1500, plus a discount cos I am a senior, I get their plan discount free, cost is $2300. Boy, I was NOT SMILING when I walked out their door! The reception was nice, though, so 2 stars instead of 1.
