this place is scammy as hell…read more.. i accidentally booked an appointment online looking for a simple quote. one king size mattress pickup. no problem, i called them and asked if i could get a quote for the service i just booked. she quotes me $149. not a great price but i guess it could be worse (spoiler, it DOES get worse). i mention the $20 discount that i receive for booking online. she tells me that i have to mention it to the driver when they get here. no problem. so i should be paying $129.00 day of, right? wrong. the driver shows up today and immediately says "so i have to charge you more money." of course you do. he tells me that even though i listed the pick up as "one king sized mattress" and that is what the quote is for he would still have to charge me a $30 mattress fee for him and his partner to remove it... so what was the first quote for in the first place? for you to just LOOK at my mattress? my quote is now $179 with their convenient little fee. he tells me that the call center that i spoke with in regards to my quote doesn't have the correct pricing or information, which sounds a lot like something YOU AS A COMPANY need to fix, not expect your customers to pay for in extra hidden scummy fees. he did honor my $20 off booking online coupon and he did remove the singular mattress that i asked for, which is why you get two stars. but your company is a scam and will do anything to pinch a buck out of unsuspecting customers. do better. disgusting customer care.

Our city council sent out notice that we had to reduce water usage. I tried to change mine on the controller and jacked it all up. I called the people who laid the sod and got a message to call back on Monday. Called the landscaper and got the same message (plus it was a holiday weekend). To add to the craziness we were leaving town the next day. Googled sprinkler repair and got a dozen names. All giving me the same message to call back on Monday. Half way through the list I get Matt. He answers and tells me he can't come out but will talk me through it. On the first phase I screw up and get it wrong. He is patient and talks me through it again. We get disconnected halfway through, but I think I got it. Two hours later Matt calls me back. He's out camping and was in a dead spot but is good to go. I tell him what I did , and he still has to make corrections for me. The next day I check and the sprinkler is operating as expected. Can't say enough about Matt he is a man of character and will be my sprinkler guy for life.

In a desperate,…read more last-minute situation (literally hours before our home inspection to sell), we realized our GFIs weren't working in the kitchen. After calling several other companies, we landed on this one. They showed up on a busy day with the secretary telling us "they have a full plate, but I know they'll try to squeeze you in". She called them, called us back, and sure enough - they showed up within an hour. They immediately fixed the issue by rearranging all of our outlets; but the best part was this: They called before heading over to ask what supplies we had, knowing that it was my husband who had attempted the first fix. They coached him on what to pick up at the local Home Depot in order to 1.) Save some money and 2.) Save a lot of time before they arrived. They really pitied our situation! When they arrived, they explained everything in detail: what they were doing, why they were doing it that way, and how it would work now when it wasn't earlier. My husband especially appreciated that, bring that he loves learning about these kinds of skills. The inspection went perfectly and we signed the papers to sell the next day. Our buyer was a great guy, but understandably very picky in this situation - it could have gone another way. I have to give a ton of credit to On Call Electric for getting the place sold on time!
