He seemed prompt and came to to evaluate the setup, a small job that he said would be easy and inexpensive. Then the problems began... He started showing up over an hour late to our appointments and missing deadlines. I was in close contact with him and willing to forgive quite a bit, since he eventually got the bid done, made the measurements, etc. We agreed not to write a deposit check since we were on good terms and the cost would be small. Then our air conditioning unit shipped with a broken part, and he didn't notice till the day before it was supposed to be installed. There was another delay due to getting a new part, and in the meantime he said he would send a guy out to make one last measurement.... and also collect a deposit check?!? Hours later, there was no word from anyone and no one had shown up. Then, on the appointed day of installation, I called to find out where everyone was and was informed he had canceled our job because it wasn't worth his time, and never bothered to inform me of that fact. Bottom line: extremely unprofessional, discourteous, and dishonest service and I wasted over a month on this guy! Definitely would not recommend.

He was able to diagnose the issue after I sent him a couple pictures of the bottom of my dishwasher and ordered the part that day. The part arrived yesterday (Friday) and he came this morning to install the new part and he was here for maybe 30 mins. It works fine now! Our dishwasher is 10 years old and we thought we'd have to go get a new one, but Ethan saved it! Hopefully we'll get to use it for a long time. Overall it was a great experience.

However, they did not have an igniter on hand for our particular furnace. We did not hear back from them about when an igniter would come or how much it would cost. We ended up buying one ourselves, but this still did not solve the problem. Turns out there was a cap on top of the chimney that was blocking the exhaust from leaving the home. Once this cap was removed the furnace fired up and worked perfectly.

Most recently they came in to diagnose our water heater and after plenty of digging, found the source and were able to replace the parts while they were still here - one of the workers ran out to get the piece so we would be back in working order that day. They also fixed some cracked pipes we had on our rooftop that froze when someone (me, whoops) didn't realize that the swamp cooler needed to be drained before the first freeze of last year. All in all, they've been extremely reliable and responsive, and we won't hesitate to call them for all of our future needs!
