There were so many issues! Walking in the music was super loud and not ice cream shop appropriate? I'd expect that music at a smoke shop not at an ice cream place. I looked at the menu board first, silly me should've looked at the ice cream they had through the window. They did not have one of the flavors that was listed on their menu board so I picked another one...didn't have it either. I went with their available options. I asked for the ice cream on a funnel cake. Went to pay and the system took a little bit of time to load so be patient. Then I saw him put a funnel cake in the mini oven, AGAIN silly me for thinking they would make the funnel cake fresh. He put some strawberry stuff on top which I didn't want. Sadly I threw the whole thing away, $10 wasted. It's a shame because the shop is nicely decorated I loved their ice cream wall. I won't be coming back that's for sure. read more

Super average Ice cream and it's a shame because the store itself is so cute! I came in to grab ice cream for dessert and I got a chocolate flavor, I don't remember which but it was something along the lines of "death by chocolate". It was super bland, didn't even taste sweet really. Had no depth of flavors. Maybe it was a bad batch but I was turned off by it. Oh the bright side the interior is really gorgeous. Walked in at 8:15pm knowing that they close at 9:00pm. Girl behind the counter says we are closing soon so only these ice creams in the case. The cold stone is closed already. Then my wife try to order a kiddie cup and she says we are out of them. We only have a small. So instead of just charging us for one scoop as a kiddie and putting it in a small cup we had to purchase the small that we didn't want. If you have time to go someplace else, take my advice and do it. There is no customer service in this place. They were too excited to close up that they started moving the giant ice cream and table and chairs in before 8:30. read more

Went with my wife after a long walk, when we got inside no one was in there, the guy came in, helped us. We decided to sit in and enjoy the ice cream but soon left. Went in at 8:25pm and they close at 9:00pm. The girl told us that they could only offer us soft serve or just the ice cream in the case. No shakes, smoothies, dry mixing, wet mixing, hot desserts, or specialties because they were closing soon. I understand everyone wants to get out of work asap, but 35 minutes before closing and more than half the menu isn't available? Settled on a medium cheesecake ice cream. Had I not watched her scoop it out of the pan marked cheesecake, I would've never known it was cheesecake. It tasted nothing like cheesecake. I didn't even eat half before I threw it out. The music was so loud you could hear it from the parking lot with their doors closed. The girl couldn't hear us order and had to ask her co-worker to turn it down. Spotless store, very good ice cream in Garfield NJ. The staff was very friendly and fun. Prices were great compared to other premium ice cream places like Cold Stone Creamery in which you have to take out a second mortgage for two scoops. Give it a shot! read more
