Craved some frozen yogurt and came across this place via Yelp search..I thought it would be a fun experience for my 5 year old who's never served frozen yogurt himself PLUS a choice of toppings. Initial thought of the place- bright and small. Not inviting people to stay with only two metal tables and 4 chairs at each table. Ice cream flavors were "meh" at most. Typical chocolate, vanilla, twist, coconut, cookies n cream, pistachio, and some pumpkin flavors for the season. Two kids "working" at the register - both on their phones with AirPods in. I wasn't sure if we served ourselves with the toppings since some of it I had to reach my hand further back to try and grab. Surprised I even needed anybody there to assist me with payment. Ice cream itself was mediocre. Frozen yogurt was whatever and not as creamy as I normally would've like it. Melted way too fast (maybe cuz it was toward the end of the night)? I wish I took a picture of everything but between two ice cream cups, coming out to $15, definitely wasn't worth the drive or the price. read more

Creations is a huge fro yo shop in Lodi! They've got everything, frozen yogurt, smoothies, acai and pitaya bowls. All really good quality too. Everything is super spacious and clean as soon as you walk in. The staff is always friendly too. I went in yesterday for a little pick me up after work. I was so shocked to see all the fun flavors they had. I got Nonfat Toasted Marshmallow! I've never seen that flavor before - it was delicious too. Their toppings are always nicely stocked too. There's a few tables inside and in the summer they have two tables outside too. This place gets packed in the summer and spring, it's nice to see a local business doing so well. They've got bubble teas too, they do use flavored powders for those. Prices are very reasonable here, tons of parking too. read more

Walked in and a strong chemical smell hit me almost immediately. They didn't have a huge variety of flavors when we went and a few flavors weren't ready or were unavailable. They did have quite a few toppings. My daughter was able to find two flavors - vanilla and mango I believe, and then she just added a bunch of toppings. Another thing to note is that I feel their pricing is a little high compared to a couple of other froyo shops in the area. I Wouldn't go out of my way to come here but if I was in the area I\I would possibly give them another try. read more

The only reason why I'm not giving this review five stars is due to the mediocre customer service upon entering the shop. Besides that my vanilla protein shake was absolutely AMAZING! They base their protein shakes with almond milk which is amazing since I'm lactose Intolerant. They have a wide selection of items at a good price AND they have this light bulb to go cup which looks pretty cool. Definitely coming back to get that! Thank you guys for the great shake, definitely suggest at least greeting customers upon arrival especially if they won't be taken care of within first few mins. I must have driven past this spot 100 times before finally deciding to go in. I was craving a bubble tea and noticed they had them so I stopped in. They have a few tables outside for hanging out which is really nice to see. They had sooo many flavors of bubble tea which made me so excited! I got a mango bubble tea with the original tapioca bubbles and also the mango boba! It was soo tasty and the employees were very friendly and fast. The Thai bubble tea that I ordered came out pretty good. It was done very quick and the place looks very clean. I was greeted nicely and as I left she greeted me as well. I only been there once but I probably will be there again and again as it is eight minutes away from me and I had a good experience for my first time. Besides Thai bubble tea they have other selections of bubble tea and they have a Sai walls and frozen yogurt which I will probably try when I gets a little warmer. read more

But, for some reason each and every time I am there; I am given attitude by one of the more specifically a Fair-skin girl around my age who is blonde with black roots. To add to this, my order last time tasted as if it was another flavor or the blender had not been washed properly because it didn't taste anything like it's supposed to. I came here for the first time yesterday, and overall I enjoyed my experience, but I'm not sure if I would recommend what I purchased. I came here specifically for bubble tea. I ordered the watermelon milk tea with boba. The milk tea wasn't horrible, but it wasn't very flavorful or sweet. I will say that the boba balls are very good. The employees that worked yesterday were friendly and provided solid customer service. If I were to return, I would probably just get a different flavor because the place does have potential to be a great boba spot in Lodi. read more

I always get my bubble tea in NYC but I was home and saw good reviews for them here so I came by this afternoon. Had the Chai bubble tea and it was less than stellar. The taste was good but 1) they leave the ice in the drink which waters it down and the smaller pieces go up the straw and 2) the pearls were not prepared properly and we're almost inedible. Im sorry I didn't taste it before I left otherwise I would've let the girl know but may give this place one more try in hopes that was a fluke. read more

Creations has quite a few delicious options to choose from such as froyo, açaí bowls, bubble teas, shakes, and smoothies. I frequently go here to get bubble tea since it's right next to my house. I've been even going here sometimes before work to bring to my coworkers. I do like their bubble tea but they use flavored powder to make it so I stopped getting that because I like fresh fruit flavors. So lately, I've been going to get a strawberry smoothie with protein and tapioca pearls which is pretty good. You can taste the protein flavor when they put it but that's what I want. However, I went there recently with it not being super busy at that time. I just wanted to get my smoothie after working out and having a rough day. The girl at the register didn't understand my order. I said it again, and she still messed it up. It was a little noisy but I was able to clearly say that I wanted a "strawberry smoothie with protein and tapioca pearls." She gave me a strawberry shake with no tapioca pearls or protein. When I pointed out there were no pearls, she said she thought I just wanted a strawberry shake. I was a little annoyed at first but after I got the tapioca pearls I thought everything would be ok. Once I left and tasted it, I realized she didn't put protein. I just didn't want to go back because I was just too annoyed at that point. Usually they repeat the order back to the customer so that everything aligns with what the customer wants, but she never did that. Ultimately it led to a wrong order and still messing it up. Some of the people here are great and some not so much. I've been coming every week recently but now I'm not too sure. read more

Please please only come here if you want something OTHER THAN bubble tea/boba. Usually I give places a decent review if the overall service and ambiance is good but with COVID-19 and the new safety precautions I can't. All I got was a long wait, even if I called ahead, below average customer service, and a lousy excuse for bubble tea. Maybe when they open completely and COVID precautions come down I'll try something else from them but never the bubble tea. Given, this place is not known for it but it really shouldn't be selling it if they aren't going to make it the way it's supposed to be made. It literally gives boba a bad rep. Not to mention there's only one size available. My friend told me he thinks he hates boba but he's only ever had it from this spot. I've been coming here since they first opened. I've got so used to my yogurts I was usually always able to guess the weight during their promotion. I just realized I never reviewed this place. There service is great. They've been around during the froyo trends ups and downs. They've been a staple here in Lodi. People love them even during the winter! My favorite are there froyo, acai bowls, and smoothies . Flavored for the frozen yogurts change frequently so it's not the same old boring thing. My favorite is there pomegranate mango! But yesterday I ate the flavor caramel apple! Interesting, right? They also serve bubble teas and acai bowls now, hooray! Parking is ample and service is fast. They have cute seating outside and inside the restaurant. This is my go to yogurt place and it should be yours too! This is my favorite froyo place in the area hands down. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, the music is always upbeat, and the tables are always clean. This place also has around 20 different frozen yogurts to choose from as well as bubble tea, smoothies, and acai bowls. A lovely young girl named Alex suggested delicious low fat flavors and toppings, even letting me sample a few of them. Creations is the bomb diggity. I work close by so I have been there on quite a few occasions. The store is very clean which is very important for a fro yo shop. The difference with creations is that it does not smell like bleach. Most frozen yogurt places smell like bleach or other cleaners, which is a good sign of being clean it is not my cup of tea, or should I say, "not my cup of froyo." They have a very good selection of flavors to choose from and they change every so often with new flavors here and there. Another positive is they change out their toppings bar often. I walk by the store a lot and I see them always changing out for fresh and new items. Third great thing about this place is they serve bubble tea. Most frozen yogurt places do not offer this but creations does. They have a wide variety of flavors and even offer a lightbulb glass for $1 (limited time however). Forth and final thing also my favorite is their smoothie and milkshake selections. Everything is made fresh so I can custom make my own choice. I came in on July 14th and this blonde worker with the roots rolled her eyes at us just because we asked for tiramisu bubble tea. While giving the other orders she continued to give attitude. This isn't even the first time we've had this issue with her. I wanted to give her another chance but this is the fifth time she rolls her eyes and gives us attitude for no reason.
