This place is beautiful. I really like the drug needles and heroin on the ground. The poop on the floor is magical

I stayed at this hotel with my husband for my graduation at SNHU, and highly recommend all…read moregraduates (and anyone else) stay here when you need a convenient downtown location. The amenities are great here. There's free breakfast every morning with a revolving menu and a make-your-own waffle bar. Guests are given a parking permit for the attached parking lot, and the on-site security makes the location feel really secure. Doors are locked after a certain evening hour, and can only be accessed by your room keycard, so make sure you have it on any trips out to your car! Beds are comfy, and the rooms were absolutely spotless (and I'm one to check the mattress lining). Staff here are friendly and helpful. We ended up extending our stay by a day to visit longer with friends and family, and they were more than accommodating to adjust our days. The location was the appeal for us here, as I did not want to mess around with parking on graduation day. From this location, it's about a three minute walk across the street to SNHU's stadium. The staff decorated the lobby for SNHU's graduates and provided goodies for guests like university-branded keychains, and things of that nature. It was a really cute and thoughtful touch to our stay.

Was rude and condescending and refused to look at the proof of charge, hear me out, or properly resolve the issue. She hung up on me after being rude and then spent to next 15 minutes ignoring and hanging up my calls. If you do business here, you may enjoy your stay, just make sure you watch your credit statements closely, you could be paying double. Oh btw the assistant manager was nice although she was unable to properly resolve this. At least she had better customer service skills than the ops manager who was so busy trying to be right that she could bother to listen.

The chef's table in the kitchen where Nick serves his magic. Unfortunately, since we always like a ground floor room, it was like the dinner was taking place in our room. For three nights the party rolled on from six to nine. The dinner guests also took over the common area so you were pretty much stuck in your room. Nick is a doll, and from what we read about him in the newspaper, a super star. The inn needs to inform guests on the first floor that the noise is loud from these dinners and that the common areas will not be accessible during these times. That being said everyone we spoke with about these dinners said they were fabulous and worth not only the cost but the wait. I can only suggest that the owners convert one of the bedrooms into a common area for guests of the inn only. We left for one night on Sunday and returned on Monday for another stay. It was amazing!!! It was quiet and relaxing, and our fireplace was fixed. The upside is that our room was beautiful and there was lots of storage. The bathrooms are large and the shower is very nice once the water heats up. There was only one end table, but that seems to be the trend which is very odd to us. There is no breakfast served at the Inn. You get little bees, worth twelve dollars, and have to walk to the Honey Cup which is about three blocks away. Fine in good weather, which we were fortunate to have, but I would think not so great if it is raining or snowing. Hence, the Inn is more like a Airbnb. The Manager, Lee, is a ten out of ten. She tries to accommodate the needs of every guest. She is so sweet and kind and helpful. Nothing we have complained about is her fault. She goes out of her way to ensure you have the best stay possible!!!

How cool is that? We would love to see a game here and party in the room. Below us was a deck to take out food and drinks and watch the game. Now upstairs, our room was nice with blackout curtains which we like. The bathroom was good size. Everything was clean. We did tell the front desk person that the bottle of shampoo was nearly empty. During our down time we played cards at a large round table in the back room off the deck. We saw a good sized conference room with a large screen and plug-ins at the tables. Would recommend it. We had two good breakfasts in the dining area. As Hilton Honor guests we used our $20 credit for candy bars. There was a large selection of snacks to choose from, and bottled drinks. We even watched a football game in the lobby with other guests. This hotel has a large parking lot, and is in a good location. There is a shuttle for getting around.

The place was fully booked though I reserved my room in early Oct '24. The rates for a basic king size room were okay. One of the elevators was on the fritz so we decided to take the stairs to the 5th floor instead of waiting / cramming with a bunch of other people. Disappointing that there was only (1) trash can in the bathroom, the fridge didn't work well (no capability of changing the temperature with the fridge model). The room was clean, comfortable mattress & a large wall-mounted TV. The staff at the counter were friendly. All around the counter are beverages & snacks that you can purchase directly or add to your room's bill. Love that they have wall-mounted soap, lotion, shampoo & conditioner - I find it far more efficient than the small bottles or individually wrapped bars of soap that dry out your skin. We feared that it would be noisy but amazingly enough it wasn't, though we were in room 518, directly located across from the elevators. We used the Hilton Honors app to choose room 401 (in a corner) with a digital key but somehow that fell through. We dealt with it. I agree with a fellow reviewer that the room is compact in size, but for us, decent enough to crash instead of going home an hour away after a late night.

Completely Unacceptable -- Dirty Room, Lies, and No Support…read more Our stay at Even Hotel was disgraceful. We were assigned a handicap room we didn't request, and the front desk refused to change it, blaming the booking site. When Hotwire called them directly, they still refused. So they lied. My son's room smelled like urine and animals. Even our 3-year-old granddaughter was gagging and said, "This room smells bad." While calling for help, I sat at the desk and saw a bunch of ants crawling across the desk and chair. Completely disgusting--and we have video proof. We reported this, and the manager brushed us off with, "We'll check it." No apology. No concern. We called Even Hotel customer service and waited over 90 minutes, only to be disconnected. When we requested a callback, no one ever called us back. Finally, Hotwire had to step in again, and only then did the hotel refund us and return our deposit. But that refund doesn't make up for the stress, aggravation, and hours lost. We had a small child with us and nowhere to go. We spent hours trying to find another hotel. Our granddaughter didn't sleep until 10 p.m., visibly upset and exhausted. We should be compensated further for what this did to our family. This was not just an inconvenience--it was an emotional and physical disruption. Avoid Even Hotel at all costs.

This location was clean, comfortable, and clearly recently remodeled. The bed was especially cozy, which made for a great night's rest.
