Scott Pace sold us a vehicle with an unpaid lien on it in someone else's name and has yet to due his duties as a Used Motor Vehicle Dealer and has violated the regulations set forth by the GA Department of Revenue and the Official Code of Georgia. If and when he responds to my inquires and demands for a resolution, all he gives is excuses. It's the State's fault, it's the Lienholder's fault, he's going through a divorce, his mother is sick in Texas. I've reported him to the State Board, Dept of Consumer Affairs, etc. He is being extremely negligent and it is shameful that he and his business would great a consumer this way! They told me that the clearcoat was redone on this vehicle and that everything was in good working condition. then they talked me into putting down $1000 deposit which I was very skeptical of. I drove from Tennessee to Georgia to pick up this vehicle and it was pouring the rain when I got there the vehicle was filthy so I didn't look it over as good as I should have. Once I got it home I discovered that someone had repainted the hood, the front fenders, and the roof, but this person should never have a paint gun in their hand because it was horrible the clearcoat on the doors and the tailgate is in terrible condition. I got an estimate to fix the paint issues and it's over $3200. I have replaced the CV axles, struts and shocks, and brakes and rotors on this vehicle as well as repaired/repainted several interior panels because of the damage. The bottom line here is if going to purchase a vehicle from these people make sure that you thoroughly check everything before you buy.
