Purchased a truck from here and as soon as I drove it to exit 1 it started to death wobble. I haven't gotten a quote for repairs but I can't imagine it's going to be cheap. They should have inspected the vehicle before selling it like this. Or at least let me know it had this issue. This could have been very bad. Additionally they said it was recently serviced, yet it still has filters from when the previous owner. Not just the oil but the fuel filters and the transmission fluid is also quite old. I wish I could give no stars. I WILL be filing a law suit for anyone that would like to join in contact me. I bought a VW Tiguan outright in December. 2 weeks later the engine light comes on, a week later the car is not drivable at all. I take it to the shop and they tell me the engine was torn to hell and back and that there are bolts and pieces missing so whoever had it prior did mayor work on it. After A MONTH of repairs and not being able to drive it it's finally drivable. So I thought, because 2 weeks later the engine blows and I am now stuck with a car I cannot drive or sell and it now needs an engine swap. Out of the 3 months I have had this car I have only driven it a total of 3 FUCKING WEEKS. So, to Lux Motors. If you don't want to be smacked with a giant fucking lawsuit that's been building for the past 2 months I suggest I get my money back for this car. That is all I am asking. I have purchased several cars from Lux Motors. Before I found their dealership, I had no luck with other dealerships because their customer service was terrible. Their cars looked good, but the cars would all have major issues months after purchasing them. When I would let them know about the car issues months afterwards, I would hear those famous universal words. 'AS IS'! Well not at LUX MOTORS! The two owners who are brothers only do business one way. And that way is Honorable. I purchased a car from them and months later I took it to a certified European mechanic's shop for a performance issue. Don't get me wrong the car drove well when I took it to them, and they kept the car for a month stating that it needed this and that costing me $3000. When I went to pick the car up the check engine light was on, and the car wouldn't run. I talked to Lux Motors where I purchased it from and asked them for help to fix it. My Porsche was towed to them in terrible shape. The two Lux owners and brothers replaced the damaged parts done by the other mechanics shop and paid for it out of their own pocket because they knew that I was done a mis service by the European car specialist. Who does that, but very incredibly, honest, caring and the most honorable people. They didn't have to do it. But they went above and beyond the call of duty. My Porsche now runs like a brand-new car, amazingly well. I just want to let anyone know that rather you live in Georgia or out of state and you're looking for a good dealership that will sell you a good car with great customer service before and after you buy. My younger cousin purchased a 2008 BMW from this company. After having the car for three days the engine car on fire and the entire car burned out. When we reached out to the dealer to rectify this issue and request a refund, he stated that my cousin could just purchase another vehicle from him. But once we said that that was not satisfactory he stated that we were trying to get attention from this entire issue and that we are harassing him by leaving him a bad review. Buyer beware!!! I honestly should have looked at the BBB customer review regarding Lux Motors in Loganville prior to buying a BMW X5 from them on Saturday 02/04/2023. I had a very similar experience and issue with this car purchase. I drove off the lot after paying $6k+ to purchase the vehicle, and literally on same day I noticed the steering wheel was stiffening. By day 2, Check engine light came on and I noticed the trunk was not accessible due to a bad right lift arm. By day 3, the car was not drivable with smoke coming out of the engine and flowing into the car through the air vent. I called Lux Motors and tried to make them a good faith offer for what they had sold me, by exchanging for a different car with additional monetary incentive offered to them for our inconveniences. Lux indicated they are not interested in doing that and also if I want to trade in my car which I bought from them 3 days prior they can offer $3k on the car I paid $6k+ only 3 days before. The most interesting thing the idiot I spoke to at Lux Motors, who obviously does not have a moral compass or decency; he said, "this is the nature of doing business." I run a successful IT Consulting practice with a few other initiatives and truly understand customer service, customer satisfaction and the responsibility which comes with customers entrusting my organization with their hard-earned money for a product and/or service. I will do everything humanly possible to ensure that Lux Motors is completely vetted in their business dealings as this is a corrupt practice in which they are clearly taking advantage of unsuspecting buyers. FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP LUX MOTORS IS A SCAM AND WILL SELL YOU A LEMON. I purchased an Audi Q5 from this place and I paid cash money. The next day the car had issues starting then the oil light came on. I took it for an oil change and two days later my light was back on saying I had one quart of oil left. I took my car to the Audi dealership and they told me oil was mixing with fuel and I needed a new engine and timing belt and brakes and fuel pump over 15,000 in work. I called Lux Motors and let them know the situation and told them I need my car fixed properly or a trade in for a better car and I wanted it to be looked at before I brought it. Mind you I brought the 5 star warranty and they won't even cover the car. I felt like I was sold a lemon at this point. After speaking to three different people at Lux they told me to bring it in they will fix the car on them ok cool. I dropped my car off Saturday morning and Monday afternoon I was told it was ready and fixed and come pick it up. The very next day my engine light came on again and two days after that my engine light again and my car is doing the Harlem shake at this point. I have been calling both numbers I have for Lux and still no answer. I will be pulling up to them in the next hour to get my money back for this car they put a bandaid on it and sent me on my way I'm done with this dealership. read more

This place is a complete rip off and the owners practices are unprofessional. The owner is slicker than a can of oil. RUNNNNNNNN!! do not do business here. I am very disappointed in them. If you want to quality car and someone who stands behind their business name, please look elsewhere! I bought an Audi a7 on September 6 September 7 my check engine light came on it wasn't a big deal (at the time) I took it to a local repair shop where they advised me to take it to Audi. Audi told me the car water pump was leaking and the car had emission problem that needed to be fixed which came up to $5000 in repairs I only had the car for a couple of days and haven't even paid my first car note.. I told Lux and they told me Audis are known for check engine light to come on during morning starts he told me he will have a mechanic to look at it which Audi requires a special tool to fix the problem. I told him I would like for Audi to fix the problem because it requires a special tool that only Audi has and is there any way he can help me on the bill because I just purchased the car a couple of days ago.He came up with an excuse so I guess I will deal with the problem myself but I will be contacting the GA Secretary of State and the Better Business Bureau. Please save yourself some time and money and stay away from this car lot. They are selling cars that look good on the outside, but have problems with the motor and transmission please pay attention to the reviews like I should have..Down below will be evidence of how my check engine light came on within 24 hours of purchasing the vehicle . The sad part is I talk to him face-to-face to let him know I'm not looking for a perfect vehicle, but a vehicle that will be a good vehicle less than 24 hours. I purchased a Volvo XC70 in December 2021 and have been extremely satisfied with it. My experience at Lux Motors was nothing short of excellent. Mr. Granit permitted me to view and test drive the vehicle on a day when the dealership unexpectedly needed to close for a funeral. His attitude was exceptionally hospitable and he made the purchasing process (including title and tags) seamless. I highly recommend that you at least visit Mr. Granit's dealership before settling on a car somewhere else. read more
