I didn't find exactly what I needed but I browsed the whole store and was overall impressed by the deals. I was amazed by the amount of Halloween items in stock here. They have candy, Halloween decor, party supplies, pumpkin carving equipment and even some very basic costume accessories. I was in here in the middle of October and was surprised that they had a good amount of Christmas goods in stock. This is always a great place to grab cleaning supplies. Greeting cards have gone up quite a bit at Walmart, so you can grab some here for 2 for $1! I always stock up on sympathy, anniversary and birthday cards here to have around the house. They also have a ton of gift wrap supplies such as ribbons, wrapping paper and bags. I don't buy food at Dollar Tree, but they had a pretty large section of the store devoted to edibles. If you are moving into a new place and need some basic supplies, this is a great place to come!

There have been several times I picked out several items to purchase but did not have another 30-45 minutes to wait in the long lines. I dropped the items I intended to buy ($75.00-$300) on a random rack and had to keep my appointments elsewhere. I end up buying similar items from other stores and online, and don't go back to that Belks for 6 months. I waited 40 minutes again today, and the people waiting with me were as frustrated and disgusted as I was. This store has no respect for their customers, our needs, and our busy schedules. If your cashiers can't quickly handle Clients' payments and questions, they need more training or be assigned other duties where they don't interact with the public as much. People trying to check out also shouldn't have to wait behind people making returns. Today I waited 42 minutes to get to a cashier to pay for my items, behind 5 other customers.

Over the last 6 months or so, we've had to watch carefully to make sure things ring up correctly, because they routinely don't automatically honor sales. Today we bought 3 things that were on sale. Not one of them rang up correctly. I had actually taken pictures of the sale signs to show them at the register because I knew it was going to happen. I can't remember the last time it didn't. They always give you the sales price IF you tell them. But this happens ALL the time. There's just no way this is not on purpose. It's shady and dishonest, and we're done. Goodbye Target.

I initially mistook it for a children's store. I learned it was a boutique and checked it out. What a cute shop! The store is larger than comparable boutiques and more affordable. Plus they have a discount section! As I perused the shelves, an employee welcomed me. I informed her that it was my first visit and she enthusiastically told me about the shop. She then greeted other customers and answered their questions. I found two discounted tops I liked and tried them on in the fitting room. The first didn't fit, but the second one did. I purchased the second top and a hand towel as a gift. This store is an excellent place to purchase a gift. They offer a variety of high quality items. Overall, I had a great experience here and I recommend this shop to others!

I spent over $300…read morepurchasing bulky yard furniture, and as I was checking out, I was verbally assaulted by Anne, the cashier on aisle 13 and she shoved my mother. She yelled at me the moment I walked up to the checkout aisle. Anne, the cashier, stated " I could tell by the way you came up here that you were going to start a problem." When I asked for a manager to assist with the situation she shoved a children's pool that my mother was holding, knocking her off balance and nearly dropping the pool onto the stroller holding my baby. One of the team members stated that he would hold that employee accountable. He stated that her body language and mannerisms were not examples of providing good customer service during my experience. He stated he needed to see more camera angles before anything further could be done. I followed up today with the same leadership employee at the store to see what came out of the situation. Strangely, he said there are NO cameras at the check-out area that captured the angle that showed my mother being shoved. Just standing there, I counted at least 5 cameras. It felt more like they didn't want to admit that it happened. I was brought to tears once again having to explain the full situation and the terror I felt about my elderly mother possibly falling and hitting the hard floor or her dropping a large pool on my baby. All they did today was offer me a $25 gift card for my terrifying experience. I am scared to bring my children to my neighborhood Walmart. As a mother, DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION. It is not safe!
