The main space has an orchestra and balcony level and you can hear perfectly regardless of where you sit. Seating is more comfortable on the orchestra level because there is more leg room if you are tall. There are bars for refreshments and on certain performance dates, you can even book a prix-fixe meal on the downstairs level! The BPO has a fantastic variety of programming (classics, pops, kids shows) and there are also a lot of one off events as well. The one down side is that the parking is pretty awful. There are paid lots, but other than that you need to depend on street parking (which might be several blocks away). You won't be disappointed by your experience here (as long as you plan for parking)

The building and the grounds are gorgeous. My niece said "I feel like we're at a castle" and it does have that royal kind of feel. The main room has a lot of space and is gorgeously decorated. It can be set up for a wide variety of events and there is ample space for a dance floor. The outdoor space is equally gorgeous. It is well manicured with tons of gorgeous flowers. The banquet coordinator is very communicative and easy to work with. As was the entire staff. Servers are efficient and friendly and very non intrusive. Maybe most importantly, the food is really good! It is easy to write it in for banquet food, but that isn't the case here. There are a wide variety of options to choose from when you are planning the menu for your guests and honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the choices. Plenty of great spots for photography. The precautions and social distancing were appropriate outline for my choosen exercise class of Cardio Dance on Saturday morning from 10 am- 11 am. As you arrive you must wear your mask, check in and provide your name and contact information and select your spot by on an orange circle. My friend and I enjoyed the class, instructor was easy to follow, just wish the sun wasnt beaten down on us as hard. As with most old buildings of this nature the kitchen is shared with the living space above which is where the owner resides.
