He fixed the stove--just cut the wire going to the back light. I covered each wire end with the rubber ending so no shock. Fred ordered the toilet part, called me one day to come and fix it but I was at the doctor's and he never called back. This was at the end of July, 2026. I have called him every week to come and complete the job but now he is avoiding my phone calls. When Craig worked for me, he always came finished the job. I am very disappointed. If Fred wants to help Craig start building his business, he needs to start by completing the mobile jobs he was still working on.i just hope Fred does not run Craig and Camper's Keeper's Business into the ground Craig does not deserve that. Unfortunately, since the management and ownership changed a couple of years ago, this place has gone seriously downhill. I came in this morning with a very simple request: I had a nail in my rear tire and only needed the nail removed and the tire repaired. The tire still had approximately 2-3 mm of tread remaining, and I was completely upfront that I planned to replace the tires within the next couple of weeks. Instead of simply helping with the immediate problem, the employee refused to remove the nail because of the remaining tread. I understand that they may have concerns about tire safety, but refusing even to remove the nail from a tire that I was planning to replace soon felt unreasonable and, frankly, like an attempt to pressure me into buying new tires on the spot. What really says it all is that I drove to another tire shop just down the street. They looked at the tire, removed the nail, and helped me without any questions or sales pressure whatsoever. That experience made the difference very clear: one business was interested in helping a customer, while Tire Pros seemed more interested in making a sale. It's sad to see what happened to a business that used to provide good service. After today, my wife and I will never use this Tire Pros location again, and I certainly cannot recommend it to anyone looking for honest, customer-focused service. If management wonders why longtime customers are leaving, experiences like this are a good place to start.

But the most important one was to help the RV pass a smog test that had already failed. And while I had it there, I asked how much to paint the RV since they were supposedly the cheapest. The quoted me over $40k to paint it! But if I did all the work with them, they would bring down the paint job cost. I was quoted an amount for diagnostic work. Well, they charged the diagnostic fee multiplied by the number of issues I had. So the total ended being around $2000! Yes that included an oil change. And also they did connect the house batteries (one of the requests). But the rest was all diagnostic time. Unfortunately all that $$ was ONLY to diagnose, not to fix. So nothing else was fixed!! If I actually wanted to do the repairs, that was additional $$$. I paid and left. My RV still has all the problems. Beware! I will not come back to them and don't want others to get ripped off by them. Now the employees themselves are very nice and polite and friendly. Unfortunately I still was ripped off.
