I really hate to leave negative reviews, especially to small businesses. Fool me once shame on you…read morefool me twice shame on me. Last time I stopped by, I needed new wheels and tires for an old 65 ford. The guy I talked to couldn't be bothered. He basically said look it up online, figure it out and I'll try to order them. I went to another establishment and got what I needed. Months later, this last week my daughter has a flat tire. I put the spare tire on and one of the lug nuts is stripped out. The car only has 4 lug nuts and only 3 work. I drive it to this establishment hoping they can help. The salesman says he can order a tire but the lug nut is a dealer only item. He didn't offer any help or suggestions. I put the tire back in the car and went to another establishment where they helped solve the problem. This place is so flustering. Next time I'll just drive on by.

I was looking for a place to take my RV on a regular basis since my old RV mechanic closed shop…read more They told me they are the cheapest in all of Simi. Well, I had a list of items to resolve. But the most important one was to help the RV pass a smog test that had already failed. And while I had it there, I asked how much to paint the RV since they were supposedly the cheapest. The quoted me over $40k to paint it! But if I did all the work with them, they would bring down the paint job cost. I was quoted an amount for diagnostic work. Well, they charged the diagnostic fee multiplied by the number of issues I had. So the total ended being around $2000! Yes that included an oil change. And also they did connect the house batteries (one of the requests). But the rest was all diagnostic time. Unfortunately all that $$ was ONLY to diagnose, not to fix. So nothing else was fixed!! If I actually wanted to do the repairs, that was additional $$$. I paid and left. My RV still has all the problems. Beware! I will not come back to them and don't want others to get ripped off by them. Now the employees themselves are very nice and polite and friendly. Unfortunately I still was ripped off.
