In April, 2021 I started the process to order a new 2022 Corvette for my wife from Garrett Motors in Coolidge, Arizona. For the most part I dealt with the general manager, Eva Moore, and later with J.D.Garrett. Everything was done in writing and there are no facts in dispute. From the outset they agreed in writing to sell me the car at MSRP. They finally received the car in February, 2022. Being bright red, it attracts a lot of attention. They sent me an invoice on Friday, February 11, 2022 for the MSRP amount. The invoice displayed their name, my name, the details of the car, its price and VIN. Immediately that day I started the process to wire transfer the entire purchase price to them, and this was completed forthwith. They acknowledged February 16 they had received the required amount, and started that day making arrangements for title and registration. Later that day they cancelled the sale. We must be reminded due to high demand, these cars are often selling for much more than MSRP. Some dealers are taking advantage of the high demand and are transparently adding up to $25,000 or more to the MSRP right up front when a customer orders a car. That did not occur here. I live in Mesa, but purchased my Malibu in 2016 when visiting Coolidge. I was very impressed with the customer service then and continue to be. Despite the drive to Coolidge, I regularly have my car serviced there because I can expect super-friendly customer service, particularly from Marcus. The service department on a whole is great at sending reminders and making scheduling maintenance super easy online. Other dealerships use to make me wait in line for checkin even if I made an appointment in advance. But at Garrett's, Marcus is very prompt with check-ins and ensuring I get everything I asked for taken care of. Every visit has been hassle free. read more

My Service Adviser, Holly, provided me with a very clear picture of the condition of my vehicle and her suggestions on what she thought should be addressed at this time. Holly did not try to 'pressure' me to over-service my vehicle as other Dealerships do. I felt like a valued Customer by all of the Garrett Team, they are all very polite, confident and professional in the service they provide. I've been calling around just trying to find a good place. This is my first car so it's been difficult for me because I know nothing about cars and what they need. Had a warranty item fail for the second time in less that a year. They kept the car for most of the day to make sure there was nothing wrong with the car wiring and then ordered the parts. They had their driver take me home (12 miles away). Later in the day had the driver pick me up and returned my car. Parts on national back order and will take the car back when parts come in. They also did my 6 month service while they had my car. Very happy. read more
