From the beginning, Jake went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle repair. The situation involved working with a warranty company, which can often be a long and frustrating process. Instead of passing the problem along or giving up on it, Jake really went to bat for me. He put in the extra time, made the calls, handled the back-and-forth, and did everything he could to make sure the warranty company followed through. Jake truly bent over backwards to get the repair approved and taken care of. His persistence, patience, and willingness to advocate for his customer made a huge difference for me. I mean it was leaking from every possible place. N reservoir was not leaking. It was an actual radiator and nothing was wrong with it when I brought it in to get the transmission worked on and they looked over the car to make sure that that's all that needed to be fixed and then that happens the next day. Well, my warranty had expired so I could not bring it back there without purchasing a new one or paying cash and that that's going to cost some $$$$. Maybe it was because I was a young female. I just will never go back there again.
