The response I received made the interaction feel slightly tense, including being told I could "find someone else" if needed. When the technician arrived, I explained the issues and the codes I already had. During the inspection, the technician began deeper inspection work on the vehicle. I was not clearly informed beforehand that more extensive disassembly or work beyond a basic diagnostic could result in additional charges. Afterward, I was told the diagnostic would actually be $200 due to the depth of the inspection, despite originally being quoted $65. After discussing this, I was ultimately charged $75. After the installation, I took my car for a ride and there were many warning lights on the dashboard. Not sure if they damaged all the sensors on the car but all the sensors are now giving me warning lights and these warning lights will not go away. If you have newer cars, DO NOT let these guys fix your cars. One of the mechanics was hitting the back rotor with a huge hammer very hard to get it off and must have damaged all the sensors, I guess. Another possibility is that the other mechanic was using an electric saw to cut off the dust covers and might have cut a cable to cause all the warning lights to show up on the dashboard. I sent them an email about all the warning lights but no response from them. They were able to install the 4 rotors and 4 calipers just fine but the brakes don't feel very tight and feel loose when hitting the brakes. I have to push the brake pedal almost all the way down to the floor in order to stop the car. I recommend these guys if you have older cars with no latest technologies. They have damaged my new car. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE: 6/2/2025 Took my 2024 Nissan Z to the Nissan dealership and they found 2 problems with my 2024 Nissan Z. They told me the technician Kyle and another technician from High Idle Mobile Mechanics who installed the brakes on my car damaged the ABS sensor and the R/F HUB BEARING which will cost me about $1658.50 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Wheel Bearing Replacement - Front: DIAG VEHICLE AND FOUND DTC RF NO COMM WITH RF ABS SENSOR.
