    Oil Spill

Avoid Wii Auto Sales at 995 N 107th Ave! They left oil spills in my car and piled on extra charges even though I had a Groupon. I felt like they were being dishonest and I definitely don't trust them. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I will NEVER return!

    Cracked back windshield

Had a great process choosing and purchasing my car a few years back, but I was promised a windshield and sun visor replacement and never received one. I bought the car with a cracked windshield and broken sun visor and we agreed on replacing it after the purchase. I was suppose to come in for the repair but every time I called to set it up, they said we will call you back and it just became the same pattern over and over. A man named Gerald said that they had the windshield and visor ready to install and to set up an appointment with someone else. Never happened. I've called countless times trying to get this done and they still haven't responded. Every time they say they'll call me back someone else talk to me and say the same thing again and again. I live very far away so I would go down there on my own, but I don't wanna go all the way there and someone tell me to go home. Like I said, great process with buying my car, but not a good process afterwards.

Poor management, poor service. Have fun getting the run around for weeks and not get an answer for the vehicle you purchased.

All their staff are friendly and well trained in their method of selling. They are a no negotiation dealer, and have a few high price add-ons that they push including a high document fee and a cleaning and prep charge . We decided to buy and that's when problems started. Either the staff isn't well trained in using the computer program, or the program isn't a good one. Firstly, the contract was written up for the wrong car but with the right VIN. Then it took two hours to get a corrected copy. Then they put the wrong name on the receipt for the deposit. When we came back the next day with the funding, a small scuff on the car hadn't been buffed out as promised, so there was another wait. Would I buy from them again? I probably would give them a chance again. All in all, even the ridiculous no choice charge for what is basically a Scotchgard treatment, we saved between $2500-$3000.

Took it back and they said they found nothing wrong so I have to pick it up and try again instead of them testing the problem. They wouldn't add gas to see the actual problem. Picked it up, took it to a gas station and it did the same thing. I moved it around a little and tried again and gas would flow but there's obviously an issue that they don't care to fix. Go anywhere else but here to buy a car. Also, why so many workers standing around in the lobby but I have to wait hours every time I have to come down there even when I have an appointment after checking in. Ridiculous.

Bought a 2021 ford ranger lariat fx4 from them back in Feb. The salesperson messed my name up on…read moreall the paperwork and had to be told multiple times what he did wrong to get it fixed. When he corrected it, he only corrected it on the DMV paperwork, not the auto loan, warranty, gap insurance, or any other paperwork. I pointed this out to them multiple times and they didn't correct it, resulting in me having to call all those institutions and get it corrected myself. He also did not flag the lifted truck option on the warranty he sold me despite the truck being lifted. They fixed this last part for free without any cost to me, so I guess they get half a point for effort there. Now that we get past the initial paperwork part of where this purchase went wrong, let's get into the mechanical issues with the vehicle. On my test drive, I noticed a burnt rubber smell coming from the left rear of the vehicle that I now know is symptomatic of a leaking rear axle seal. The power train warning light was also on the truck. I reported both of these things to the dealer and they said they would fix it with their partnered shop. They took the truck to the shop and told me they need to replace the wiring harness to correct the power train issue error. After that, they had to send the truck to a local transmission shop for a rebuild of the transmission, and that shop told me that there was an axle seal leaking. I passed that information on to the dealership to see if they would fix that or if I would have to, and they completely blew me off. Because of weeks back and forth where the dealership told me repeatedly that they'd communicated with other parties and then I call those parties and they all state they never heard from the dealership, I decided I no longer trusted that dealer or their mechanics at all and I took the car to a ford dealership. Immediately spotted the seal issue and diagnosed that the transfer case motor wasn't engaging. Swapped the motor and then had to diag that the wiring harness was messed up. I would not recommend buying a car from overstockvehicles or their partner organization valleycargroup. The only positive of this experience was getting them to foot the bill on a transmission rebuild for a vehicle that has known transmission issues.

Went through the whole process for financing. I did leave some negative feedback on the documents requested for financing which I thought was a bit much for a car loan. I have excellent credit and bought many cars in the past with no issue and not needing so much. But I did it anyway. Also had financing available from my own bank. Throughout the process the texts I would receive from the sales manager kept getting worse in the sense that they wanted more and more. Anyway, it was done and no issue at all with financing. The car arrived at the West Valley location and then Rob the manager called me and said, CARMAX is refusing to do business with me which he said was their right. Obviously they didn't like my feedback and freedom of speech or just didn't like my name and discriminating even though I am Italian. Rob refused to tell me why they will not do business with me. I called customer service and still waiting on why. It has nothing to do with financing and all just because they don't like me, my name, my nationally, or freedom of speech. Not sure why. This after I pad $2000 to have it delivered to AZ. They said they would refund me that fee but I have yet to see it. Their customer service as many .. many .. people have complained about is horrific. I an filming a complaint with the Attorney General and advise you to stay far away from CARMAX , epically this one. I may get an attorney involved.

Found a coupon for Timing Belt Replacement starting at $399.95, called to ask about it. Was told they were about 4 days behind, gave me an appointment about a week out. Was ok with that. Husband and I took off work to go to appt, found out it was at least 4 days for the actual work to get done. I was dropping off on a Friday and wouldn't get the car until Thursday is what I was told. They might have gotten it to me earlier if possible. Then was asked if we were aware of the pricing, we said we had a coupon for it to be $399.95 or so, knowing it would be a little more because that is normal. She told us it would be $1750. We asked why, was told it was a package deal and a serpentine belt and something else would be done also. They charge for each thing separately, including the labor hours, even though it is all done at one time. We asked if we could just do the coupon and they told us no, it was a package deal and it was a discount. Chris, Thank you for your response to the review. As you stated, when we were there you explained the price and why, not when the original appointment was made a week ago. Upfront pricing is always appreciated. We also did not ask for a serpentine belt or tensioner, we specifically requested to not have those. We did ask about the water pump, and did understand that would be an extra price. Would have been happy to have not had that done either if it was an option and the "coupon" price was given. I do appreciate that you responded but please make sure the facts are straight before you respond to the post again. Regards, Kristen Henninger
