They were extremely friendly, clean office, front staff was very pleasant. Wait time was nothing compared to what I've experienced in the past. They were very informative about the treatment, what to expect, and asked me and my daughter if we had any question or concerns and even offered suggestions. From the office staff to the x-ray tech, the dental hygienist Casey and the Dr. Patel, this location really cares about your dental health. They do not rush you, they take the time to answer all the questions and concerns you have which is great. I would recommend this office. The dental hygienist Casey was very courteous and professional and took time to explain the old crown needed a replacement, as well as the service options available to meet my needs. After x-rays pictures and cleaning was given an extensive summary and treatment plan and it was my choice how to move forward without pressuring you to get it done right then and now. I had broken a tooth, and needed to get it fixed right away. Dr. Knight, was extremely nice and professional, explained everything to me, answered all my questions. She was told they would sedate her and do it in two phases (top & bottom). She was quoted $16,000 for the first phase and then they helped my mother open a line of credit to pay for it all. Thankfully she called me before she had the work done. I took her to my trusted family dentist when she came for a visit. Our dentist took new x-rays and said that in fact NOTHING they recommended was necessary. She also reviewed all of the billing codes they quoted and found questionable billing throughout - many codes were duplicated/unnecessary. She said what they wanted to do was absolutely criminal, and she is planning to report this practice to the TX State Board of Dental Examiners. I'm disgusted that someone would take advantage of an elderly patient like this, and I'm also left wondering how many times they've done this before. Terrible.

Then sat in a hygienist chair waiting for 40 minutes... at 10:15 I asked when he was going to be seen. The office manager came in and I asked how much longer it was going to take for him to be seen. She told me they schedule for 90 minute appointments. At this point we had already spent 50 waiting to see a hygienist. I asked why the appointment was made for 9:30 knowing we were going to have to wait for so long? She asked, "would you like to cancel these appointments"? (It was going to be my two sons today, and myself and daughter tomorrow.) I hadn't even considered that, but given the attitude of the "Office Manager" that was seemingly the best option. The Manager was condescending and smarmy when I was asking how much longer it was going to be. When we were walking out the door, I told her I was going to leave a review, the Office Manager calls, "bless your heart". Such an utterly disrespectful, unhelpful woman. I would encourage you to find another dentist. Unless you like being talked down to, your time disrespected, and being treated like you're an inconvenience... then this is obviouslythe place for you.

I saw several reviews about people talking about how they have anxiety for dentist & how they were treated well. As someone who has severe anxiety for dentist I can definitely confirm that the care is amazing. The doctors work in a fast & timely manner & the DA's are well trained & friendly. I can't remember her name but during treatment the DA noticed my lips were dry & put Vaseline on my lips. I was so grateful she did that because I felt like my lips were going to rip! The front desk staff are also very nice! Even though I put them through a lot because I requested nitrous for each appointment because of my fears, & also being a grown adult, they never made me feel judged or bad because I requested it. The only thing I would improve is that one of the DAs had semi long acrylic nails & could feel her nails poke me inside my mouth on my gums when she was placing a suction bite block in. Also a very clean environment, I made sure to check the suctions to make sure they were clean & everything is spotless! 100% recommend!

They had an opening the next day! Everything went as planned! Praise the Lord. Dentist of Lake Worth is right in the heart of Lake Worth. There's lots of traffic and lots of sunshine in the area. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. All the paperwork is done on the apple iPad. The Dental Assistant had a calm spirit about herself and explained everything she was doing. She even complimented my Oral Hygiene. I don't mean to brag but, I worked really hard this year to keep the Cavities away and I did! Go meee! Lol! She said, YOU TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOUR TEETH!. I was like Thank You! The X-rays are the best I've ever had! Lol. Who says that about an X-rays. I do. In the past they have been painful. They do digital X-rays versus the film X-ray which makes more comfy and easy to insert in the mouth. The Dentist was incredibly nice and personable. He is from Israel! Sorry forgot his name. He cleaned by teeth very quickly and efficiently. I feel like it, did not take long at all! Fluoride was included with the exam at no extra charge and I got a free pack of Floss threaders which I desperately needed! PTL! The office assistant scheduled my six month follow up and offered a payment plan options for next time. I'll be in in another six months because, I finally found an honest Dentist!
