Then sat in a hygienist chair waiting for 40 minutes... at 10:15 I asked when he was going to be seen. The office manager came in and I asked how much longer it was going to take for him to be seen. She told me they schedule for 90 minute appointments. At this point we had already spent 50 waiting to see a hygienist. I asked why the appointment was made for 9:30 knowing we were going to have to wait for so long? She asked, "would you like to cancel these appointments"? (It was going to be my two sons today, and myself and daughter tomorrow.) I hadn't even considered that, but given the attitude of the "Office Manager" that was seemingly the best option. The Manager was condescending and smarmy when I was asking how much longer it was going to be. When we were walking out the door, I told her I was going to leave a review, the Office Manager calls, "bless your heart". Such an utterly disrespectful, unhelpful woman. I would encourage you to find another dentist. Unless you like being talked down to, your time disrespected, and being treated like you're an inconvenience... then this is obviouslythe place for you.

After the exam the account lady shows the recommended services to the total of about $1500, so needless to say I left without the cleaning as it was way overpriced for a service that isn't even covered by insurance companies. I would not recommend this place to anyone at anytime. Find an actual dentist that will listen to the patient and not leave if they have a question or have the noisy account person try to upsell a service that takes 6 months to two years to "rebuild enamel" for surface level micro cavities.
