I highly recommend Pacific Lifestyle especially if you are not local. We lived in Boston and…read moredecided to retire back to the Portland/Vancouver area and made 8 trips over 1 year and selected the SiEllen Farms development on the greenbelt. 3 members of the Pacific Team (Vicky Thompson, Patrick Klein, and Billy Alley) made the process of home selection, details on options, costs, and lot selection seamless resulting in a perfect finished product. Their attention to detail and support thru calls, photos, videos, and conference calls saved us many thousands of dollars in trips to the homesite. Also, when we moved into the house the Pacific Team members we there to assist and resolve some of the mistakes we made in cosmetic selections and also resolved a number of other small corrections immediately. This is rare for a production builder and most "don't know you" after the ALTA closing statement, but I can say today (4 months after closing) that the people listed above, Pacific Management, and their major subcontractors have been there for us every time!

Very disappointed with Pacific Lifestyle Homes…read more We moved into our Pacific Lifestyle Home on January 1, 2026, and unfortunately, only a few months later, we began experiencing a significant drainage problem in our yard. Water is pooling and standing in the yard, creating a major concern for us as homeowners. What has been most frustrating is Pacific Lifestyle Homes' response. Rather than working with us to find a solution, they have continued to give us different reasons as to why the problem is supposedly not their responsibility. First, we were told that something we planted had changed the grading of the yard. We addressed that concern. Then we were told that we were watering the yard too much, so we reduced the amount of watering. Unfortunately, neither of these things resolved the problem. We also discovered that water from the neighbor's yard is flowing into ours, which is contributing to the issue. We were essentially told that we should just ask the neighbor not to water as much. That doesn't seem like a reasonable or permanent solution to a drainage problem affecting our property. We are now looking at potentially spending more than $5,000 out of our own pocket to install a French drain and dry creek bed to try to redirect the water to the existing drains. We purchased a brand-new home expecting the property to be properly graded and drained. We understand that landscaping and neighboring properties can affect drainage, but we are disappointed that Pacific Lifestyle Homes seems more focused on finding reasons to avoid addressing the problem than helping us determine the actual cause and finding a reasonable solution. For anyone considering purchasing a home from Pacific Lifestyle Homes, I strongly recommend asking detailed questions about yard grading, drainage, and what is covered under the builder's warranty before purchasing. Our experience so far has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

No mask wearer here.. Parameet was late after asking us to be early, and then tried to blame us…read morefor being too early. I need to add here, that we spoke with him the day before this appointment was made and I stated then what our situation was as I didn't want to waste our time or their time. He assured me that it would not be a waste of time and that there were "tons of programs available" for first time home buyers and that there was no need to put this off just because we didn't have much to put down. So back to today, Saturday, 26th, 2020: We walk in early as planned, and he is running late. He tries to accuse us, somewhat nicely, that he isn't running late, and aren't we a little early? He mentioned it twice.. I should have walked out then. Then during our conversation, he asked me a question about something and I looked at my husband to ask him for some clarification on a point that I was trying to get across, and Parameet says.." no no,, I am asking you.. you can look at me".. I was so shocked and my husband was very upset by his treatment of me. So with other people listening in, Parameet goes on and on about what is wrong with our situaiton, like we didn't know already, and that it turns out there really isn't "tons of programs" to help us out and that we really did just waste our time here. My husband asked how much of a down payment would be needed, and Paremeet said around 9000.. is about the average.. My husband said that he thought he saw a sign that said $0 down.. and Parameet quickly answered that was for Vets. This guy totally disrespected me and humiliated my husband in front of everyone there by talking very loudly about our financial situation and now they all know how much he makes, that I don't work, really? you don't work at all? Well.. it's a long story and if I'd known that was going to be requirement I would have passed up this appointment altogether. He already had the financial information so why he wanted us to meet with him knowing that he wasn't going to be able to help; is not ethical and professional at all as far as I am concerned. Maybe they do help a lot of people.. the ones that have the money and are not plagued with divorce mishaps and ill health. Avoid the humiliation if you don't have good credit and a sizeable down payment, they don't treat you very well. You can actually do the same with a real estate agent and not have to go through the embarrasment of being herded through an oversized living room and having everyone else know your personal business.
