When my daughter went through some unrelated health problems that affected her ability to stay on top of appointments, he was understanding, compassionate, and accommodating. He went out of his way to make the necessary changes needed to assure she stayed on track until completion, without any further burden to us. When my son was away and lost his retainers, the office found us a local orthodontist in another state that he could go to get scanned so he didn't have rush home or wait for replacements. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the doctor is really great. I went in for a check-up (x-rays and cleaning) and made a follow-up visit to have some cracked fillings replaced. I have had fillings replaced and cavities worked on in the past, but nothing like with Dr. Dibbini. It was virtually pain free. I did not have to get stabbed with a needle over and over. The doc was precise and I was perfectly numb after the first injection. The filling replacement was fast and painless. I've been other places where I needed to get multiple shots to numb me and still felt the drilling--not with Dr. Dibbini. IT WAS BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD AT A DENTAL OFFICE. I am extremely disappointed with my experience, and the situation has only worsened after I shared my honest review. Since posting my feedback, I have been receiving excessive and persistent phone calls--up to 15 times a day pressuring me to remove my review. This behavior feels inappropriate, unprofessional, and harassing. In addition to the original issue where I came in for a specific painful tooth but received treatment on other teeth that I did not need I am now also being blamed for the treatment decisions that were made and recommended by the provider. This is unacceptable. Patients rely on dental professionals to diagnose and recommend appropriate care. Shifting responsibility onto the patient after the fact, especially when the outcome has been ongoing pain and financial burden, is deeply concerning.
