We ended up getting two jumbo cupcakes and a "standard snack pack" which comes with two standards and 4 gummies. The chocolate spiced rum cake is rich and delicious and the jumbo is a huge cupcake. So, they may not have the rum cake I ordered, and they may be having some issues with their technology... but it seems like they have really delicious baked goods (according to other reviews), and they are working to solve the other problem. So, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.** I wish I had pictures to prove this..... but here is my experience. I placed an order for their rum cake ($45 for a Bundt cake). I did this through their website and it said it would be available to pick up at 11:50 a.m. I paid using their Squarespace website. I got a confirmation email, and was so excited because this is what my hubby wanted for his bday. I was just about to leave to pick it up at 1:15pm, when I got a call from the bakery saying "we don't know what your ordered, but you need to cancel the payment because we don't use our website. We only take orders over the phone or in person." What???? If you don't use it, why is it active? Turn it the eff off. It's very simple to do- I know bc I have used several Squarespace websites. This should be the end of my rant- but wait! It gets so much better! I proceeded to give them my order over the phone.... They told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I should have asked myself how they would bake a cake in 30 minutes- but, I'm a glutton for punishment.... And instead drove 30 minutes from my house to go get the desired rum cake. When I got there to pick it up- it was a 9" two layer cake with frosting. That is not a rum cake, nor is it what is pictured on their website! When I said, that isn't what I ordered- the response was "well, this is our rum cake". I left without the cake. And, now I have to contact my credit card company to dispute a charge that they claim they won't receive. Also- in case you're looking for quality, freshly made cakes..... they have 5 gallon buckets in their cooler at the front with long stem roses in them..... the buckets have labels on them that say "Sam's vanilla whipped icing". What a joke!

In the case there are baked goods that apparently rotate on a weekly basis except for a few staple items, but everything we got was absolutely incredible (the chocolate pecan pie bar was to die for). In the corner there are some items for sale along with all of their teas, and while we did not drink any there we did purchase some to make ourselves later (they allowed us ot smell the varieties they had and they were all incredible. Also, they apparently try to purchase their teas from woman owned businesses which is just fantastic) In addition there are a couple of rooms with tables, fantastic to sit down and enjoy tea or treats, and apparently they even have a high or afternoon tea that you can sign up for in advance which I will need to do at some point because that sounds so fun.
