This should be the end of my rant- but wait! It gets so much better! I proceeded to give them my order over the phone.... They told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I should have asked myself how they would bake a cake in 30 minutes- but, I'm a glutton for punishment.... And instead drove 30 minutes from my house to go get the desired rum cake. When I got there to pick it up- it was a 9" two layer cake with frosting. That is not a rum cake, nor is it what is pictured on their website! When I said, that isn't what I ordered- the response was "well, this is our rum cake". I left without the cake. And, now I have to contact my credit card company to dispute a charge that they claim they won't receive. Also- in case you're looking for quality, freshly made cakes..... they have 5 gallon buckets in their cooler at the front with long stem roses in them..... the buckets have labels on them that say "Sam's vanilla whipped icing".
