I have never written a review on Yelp before but am doing so now because I have never dealt with…read moresuch poor professionalism. We were booking a hotel stay for our friends wedding in Cancun. When I called to make reservations, I should have received an electronic invoice the following day. I did not receive it until a month later, only because the bride and groom did numerous follow ups -(the company has messed up numerous guests travel arrangements so the bride and groom got involved to help everyone). When I finally received the electronic invoice, it was for the wrong location, not Cancun but Punta Cana Dominican Republic. When I received the paper itinerary a few weeks after that, the dates and names were incorrect. I also noticed that we were placed in the family section of the hotel, even though I made specially clear during booking that we wanted to be in the adult section. I followed up with the travel agency to get this corrected. I had to follow Up about 5-6 times to get any sort of real response - I received excuses like they had been out of town since the last time I emailed them, or just no response at all. Then when I finally received a response of some actual content, I was told that since I booked in January when in fact I booked in early December, and can prove that with our credit card statement. Never during booking was I told that the hotel was sold out. I don't believe it was because we could book the adult section if we did it through a public search engine, i.e. Expedia. In hind sight I wish we had just booked on our own so that we wouldn't have had to deal with all this. This company is extremely unorganized and I would never use them again for travel purposes. Not only are they disorganized, they are rather snarky in responses which is not how you treat your customers. What is more concerning is that travel arrangements could easily get screwed up by them because of how unorganized they are.

I find it curious that the website says "Every service we offer is completely FREE with no hidden…read morecharges" yet we were asked to pay a $100 per person "planning fee" for the bare minimum of pre-work that could have been done through the Disney park app itself.  Did not enjoy the process, did not see the benefit of using this service (but acquiesced because family members were using it and we could not be added to their plans without paying the fee), would not repeat or recommend to others.  They'll also ask you for your Disney account password, which should never be shared or disclosed from a security standpoint.   Download the Disney World app and take a little time to save yourself the $100 per person "planning fee" charged for coordinating "the Disney dining and Fastpasses" which can all be done quite easily, it turns out, from the robust app that Disney has released for park visitors. 10/10, would recommend the app to anyone.

The booking process was very smooth. Andi was assigned to us and she took great care of us. I appreciated that she asked activities that we were interested in and planned our stays around that. The information provided to us was very detailed. The tours, hotels, and transportation were wonderful. The vans they had us in were super clean and drivers were friendly and bilingual. The transportation arrived at exact scheduled times for ALL of our tours and transfers. I also appreciated that they included what to pack for the different activities.
