They don't push you into getting them if you don't want to, which is great. I have been to both Dr. Einhorn and Dr. Yu and they are both great. They promise to fulfill my contacts prescription if obtained another prescription elsewhere; after submitting a prescription to them from Stanton, Paola, the Regional Manager refused to honor what a previous Regional Manager, Mr. Harding had promised, which was a years worth of contact lenses. I ended up having to go elsewhere for a proper prescription for my contacts and purchase contact lenses because these people were not only unprofessional, but did not honor their word. The young lady in the front really tried her best and I appreciate that. I have a follow up exam in a few weeks and hope that the service is smoother.
