After the diagnosis, he made a few recommendations ... not an upsale but a requirement due to the age of the unit. Ultimately, a new water heater was installed plus other items. The project was completed in a timely manner. They cleaned up nice and hauled away everything. After a few months, the inspector reported the water heater was manufactured in 2005 and hence, out of warranty. I contacted Alex and he responded. It turned out the inspector made an error which resulted with incorrect information. The unit was manufactured in 2025. This goes to show you Alex will not ghost you after the work was installed and invoice was fully paid. He will help you with whatever you need after the work has been done and paid for. That says a lot about the business and its integrity. Character counts! I highly recommend Alex! You be glad you did!

I called three separate plumbing companies before contacting YB Plumbing - Reliable Houston Plumbing Services and Drain Cleaning and the earliest someone could come out was noon the following day. When I contacted YB, the lady on the phone said they could have someone there within the hour. She was correct, within the hour, the plumber, "Mark" arrived at my home. My home is only 4 years old, but the hot water heater installs originally done by the builder were a cluster. "Mark" disconnected the old water heater and reconnected the other one so we could have hot water overnight. "Mark" was at our home until after 8pm and was there the following morning and installed two new hot water heaters without a hitch. They replaced all the cast iron under the house and the line out to where it connects into the city's line. They also replaced a leaky outdoor water faucet. They did an excellent job in all phases of the work. They had to move a good amount of flagstone we had on the side of the house.
