When I called back to clarify that I was simply asking about last call for food and mentioned that hanging up on customers is inappropriate, she told me not to call back. For a place that presents itself as trendy and inviting, this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I live nearby and would have been a regular customer, but after this experience, I have no interest in returning. Very disappointing and disrespectful.

The pretzel burger has always been the one thing we could never go wrong with. I would only get that everytime I've been in the last year. Today, my pretzel burger was undercooked and they switched to Kraft Squares (or something similar) for the cheese. It was gross. The only time we have good service is when this one small older woman is our server, unfortunately don't know her name. Everyone else who works there is usually apathetic and inattentive.

The service was excellent -- friendly, attentive, and on point all night. The craft beer selection had some real creativity on tap. We were disappointed to hear the mango brew had run out -- that one sounded like a winner -- but the Mexican and lime brew more than made up for it. Bright, flavorful, and refreshing, it was a great pour that kept us coming back for more. But the real showstopper of the night? Drifting Back. This four-piece band was absolutely exceptional -- tight, talented, and packed with great tunes. They had the room in the palm of their hands all night. Still, the DIY vibe is more refreshing than City Winery charging more than Live Nation to get through the door, tacking on $25 minimums and seating you with strangers.
