She made three or four phone calls in the process of my haircut. When I called to make an appointment, I was not informed that it was cash only and it was a holiday so I could not go to the bank and I had to pay a ATM fee and then when it was time to pay and leave, she did not have any change so I had to pay her more than I would have liked to.
