I was confused because he was not being crazy and we had just walked in ...I explain he would be fine and his response was HE HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE! The service is phenomenal. Nolan cuts my hair exactly how I like it in a very timely manor. He is very courteous and polite. He also makes his prices very affordable with quality service. Well after calling the Salon, owner Angela returned my call promptly and set me up with an appointment same day. Upon arriving I met Angela who is a very nice woman. While she only had a handful of reviews, they were all solid and of good substance. They were on the money! The first good sign was when she tucked my collar in before putting on the gown. Not everyone does it, but it's a really nice touch and says considerate, smart, trained, and professional, to me. She asked informative questions about the cut I had and what I wanted (second good sign). I did not receive a good haircut. She was talking to her friend and accidentally cut off a chunk of…read morehair and then when she got to the other side, she said my hair was so uneven from my previous haircut. She made three or four phone calls in the process of my haircut. When I called to make an appointment, I was not informed that it was cash only and it was a holiday so I could not go to the bank and I had to pay a ATM fee and then when it was time to pay and leave, she did not have any change so I had to pay her more than I would have liked to. I was not going to tip at all. If I could leave zero stars, I would.
