What I asked for was clearly out of this guys skill set or specialty because before starting I had given him my suggestions on what I wanted & instead of saying he couldn't do that, he told me he had been doing hair for "15years, no problem". I trusted that but having time to look at the awful lining & style he claimed to add I wound of loosing 3months of hair that just needed a touch up & styling. Now I need to get it fixed somewhere else. I would not recommend anyone go here unless you don't care all that much. If you can't do the style asked for, just say you can't do it and as a customer I would've been fine & walked away. $15 to botch someone's hair is crazy, I would've paid you $50 to be honest in the first place. The Salon is located in downtown Roseburg and is really nice inside, very tasteful, great vibe. It was a bank so there is a vault that you go into when they rinse your hair . Sarah was super friendly and right from the start I felt super comfortable.
