Not everyone does it, but it's a really nice touch and says considerate, smart, trained, and professional, to me. She asked informative questions about the cut I had and what I wanted (second good sign). The third good sign was that she noticed that the way my usual person thins/texturizes my hair, the front was being left thicker and was that intentional? Wow. Sold. The Salon is located in downtown Roseburg and is really nice inside, very tasteful, great vibe. It was a bank so there is a vault that you go into when they rinse your hair . Sarah was super friendly and right from the start I felt super comfortable. She asked me what I wanted with my hair, and gave her opinion and expert advice and went to work and my hair turned out beautiful! Shaun is the only hair stylist our 12 year old will allow to cut his hair, my husband has had great cuts from all the staff, and I have had great cuts from all the staff as well. You should call ahead...they rarely have availability for walk-ins (per my experience) but with a call, they can usually fit you in within a day or two. It's clean, the staff is skilled, they generally seem to get along well, and what I love most is that they are efficient! Life is busy and I appreciate when the stylist understands that and limits the chat so they can focus on the job (unless you want to chat, in which case they are very friendly). Great spot!

I wanted her to do a polished tip and she kept adding powder on my nails used no nail polish like I wanted and used WAY TOO MUCH powder on my sisters nails. she sped through doing my sisters nails like she was barely trying and just wanted to rush us out the door!
