Of course there was a problem but a very nice young man, I believe his name was Javier was quick to jump on the problem. I was visibly upset and he took time to assure me that everything was under control. In less than 10 mins he helped load my van and I was out of there. That's why I had to return another day. They have an angry cat in the store that follows you around the store. The hissing is pretty unwelcoming, so they should rethink keeping the cat in such a public space. I was pretty hesitant to move around the store, especially when it blocked the only way forward. They have some toilets on display but only a few Toto. When asked if they had more Toto elsewhere, the staff said they could order online for us and it would be cheaper than getting it from Toto directly. That was tempting but since toilets are for sitting, we really wanted to test them out and see if they're comfortable first. That's the only reason why we ended up getting the toilet at another store that had a bunch of Totos on the floor

Scott & Jeff were able to provide advise & suggestions on where to place lights,(both recessed, pendant & under cabinet) the saddles between rooms and the daily assurance that things were right on schedule. Carlos & Elvis were the team that put the kitchen together from the tear down(floors, soffit, walls & ceiling) to the wallboard, taping, cabinet and crown molding installation. At the end of each day, a thorough clean up took place and the plastic dust covers that had been disturbed were repositioned for the work to be done the following day. The owner had a few gift baskets wrapped up at the front of the store. This is a nice neighborhood alternative to the kitchen section of Century 21; I'd love to see more local items sold though.
