Absolutely evil. A…read morewater-filled pothole that opened during heavy rain in the Malibu mountains, right in the middle of a one-lane road, is now somehow the driver's fault? No, it's not--unless the insurance company misrepresents what happened by reporting that my husband simply drove his car into a deep hole. I just discovered that my new vehicle insurance is going up almost $200 because of how this incident was reported. My current insurance company told me that if it had been reported as pothole damage, my rate wouldn't be going up. But because of the way Wawanesa reported it, I'm now paying for this and will stay in my records for years. Stay away from both Wawanesa car and home insurance. I hope whoever made the decision to report it this way realizes one day how much their actions can affect people's lives. I hope she has many sleepless nights over it, because if she can sleep well knowing what she did, it only shows how evil she truly is.

I wish we could switch, because having someone to guide us into appropriate coverage rather than just selling bulk cookie cutter policies would be amazing. He's a self-described "insurance nerd" who enjoys getting into the nitty gritty for his customers' benefit. And he is quick to reply to emails and he answers the phone himself. As we began moving our policies elsewhere we found several errors including being under-insured, improperly covered and in my opinion general incompetence by their agents. We have finally moved our nearly two dozen business, personal and auto policies to other companies that actually want our business and can properly manage our needs.

This is my account since switching to Adriana's Insurance from Bristol West…read more So, I was involved in a vehicle accident at the time that I had Bristol West' motor vehicle Insurance. Although I was paid up in full at the time of the accident, Bristol West denied that I was paid and therefore claimed that I had no insurance. My license was suspended and I was forced to pay for an SR22 as well as paying higher insurance rates as a direct consequence of this mishap. After researching Bristol West, I found that Bristol does this to many of their clients. "AFTER SWITCHING TO ADRIANA'S" So, I switched to Adriana's and I am so ESTATIC that I did. For one, I absolutely and give thanks to my agent, "KARYME". She works in the Escondido location. One look around and you can tell that she is in high demand as an agent, and I can absolutely see why. She is just incredible. Our insurance plan was supposed to end up being more expensive but is was actually lowered. Its about 20.00 CHEAPER now than it was before switching. And this is after having to pay for both insurance, and an SR22 policy on myself, together. All the while, still retaining the same insurance plan and amount of coverage. I feel genuinly SAFE and SECURE with my agent karyme and with Adriana's in whole. As long as she's my agent I will never switch to another insurance company again. Which is a HUGE DEAL to me. It's nice knowing that your back is really covered in times like these. Switching to Adriana's feels like a breath of fresh air. Not only did Karyme really know her material, she also genuinely goes out on a limb to save you money. Not only that but to me the best part is that she she is very personable. She truly cares. She really makes you feel welcome, as if you were a friend that she's known for decades. She makes you feel like less of a client and more like family. I don't know about other people's experiences with other agents, but I can say that my experience, with my agent, in this company has been nothing short of phenomenal in every area.
