There's a good bit of deferred maintenance in the gardens but they are still impressive. Apparently they do NOT dig their own plants anymore. One thing I really love about this nursery is the outstanding knowledgeable staff who can tell you so much about many of the plants they sell but be patient as they give this kind of great service to other customers. 4 stars instead of 5 because they don't dig their own plants.

This morning I called and spoke with Nick who was less than friendly, subpar less than subpar customer service. He was condescending, rude and arrogant to say the least. I've advised my landscaper of the situation and will never use this company for any future plants and shrubbery. I asked specifically for someone in management to contact me about this issue and no one ever did. Do not use this company if you want a company that will honor their product and has integrity.

I can only assume that depending on what type of business is applying for an account, her explanation of the application process, appeared somewhat extensive/scrutinizing, persnickety, and arduous. Parking can be found along the street (metered) or in the lot across the street. The young person that helped me told me that they also got the plant for their grandmother during her battle with cancer. I love coming here in the Spring and the Fall. They always have a good selection to choose from. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They now only accept cash or check as they have had issues in the past with credit cards (this is new). As long as you know that before you go, you won't have a problem. Tip: don't wear your nice shoes because they may get muddy.
